A hard-working PSA will respond to a personal TM (Team Mailer). I suggest that you simply offer them your support and see what they respond. Leave it up to them to accept or reject. You could throw them a Gift Certificate but be sure you send a TM to explain why ... like ... I appreciate the hard work you are doing, etc. Here again, they can accept/spend or reject/reverts back to you. I hate to think that someone is too proud for a helping hand but I'm sure there are some who are. I don't intrude on any of my affiliates SFI business without their okay. I don't even place ID numbers on X-Cards without permission. It just doesn't seem right to me somehow. Good luck!

I currently have this problem. What I have decided to do is make a Co-Op with her and I in it. This way we both benefit.
If you give them a gift certificate you will have to do this every month. In my case it would be $20 every month which is money I don't have at the moment.
Also encourage them to do T-Time and Grand Drawing every day.
you can :
offer them TCredits
offer them Gift Certificate
or buy something from TripleClicks (some with SFI logo )
and sent to his/hers home adress
And of course teach them that Duplication is the most important thing .
So help to them to advertise, (or maybe with including their friends first )
enabling them to have their members and build their team
I think it is great if you can afford to help downline members, at this time i cant. I would encourage them to earn money by referring people to Triple clicks and earning the commission. If you enter the hourly Triple click drawings under games you can win tcredits.

First you can always motivate your team with rewards like duplicate PSA's (you can find them in price benders.. This is great because you get 25 new PSA's and pick one of your hard working PSA's to receive 25 PSA's as well. You can also resign PSA's to them. You can reward them wi tcredits, which can be fun to bid on items on tripleclicks.
