Team Spirit..

Lot's of communication with your downline. especially with your 1st Generation. these are the people who are building the team.

Also I try not to call it my downline or even my Team. It is always "our team". I don't want newer affiliates thinking they have to look upwards to see the top. I want them to feel that they are always an equal part of the team.

Engage with new affiliates to make them feel welcome. Don't make them feel that this is

First of all you will need patience; as building a good team will take time & determination.

Building your team will come from sending out your invitation through every avenue you know of - that is Facebook, Blog, Twitter, Web page, Google, AND asking your contacts to share your advert with their contacts. You may enjoy holding presentations for people to attend & of course you will have to know everything about SFI by then in order to be positive enough about the business to draw

I believe from all the years that I have been in SFI, the best way to achieve a T.E.A.M. is by helping people get better. One of my favorite motivational speakers is the late Zig Ziglar, from Yazoo City, MS (USA). His most famed statement is, "you can anything you want in life if you just help enough people get what they want in life."

One of the things that I accredit my success to is not being focused on gaining, but rather being focused on causing my affiliates to achieve

This is a great question and I shorly answer :

1- Be convinced that SFI is a serious business and work hard to build incomes;

2- Sponsor serious Affiliates who are ready to secure their future ;

3- Have a plan and a budget; teach your plan to all your downline and manage them as your clients. Of course they are you customers because you have 45% or 15% on their shopping;

4 Share success testimonies with your downline month after month;

5-

First off you have to define "True Team Spirit":

I personally define it as a team who is unified and dedicated to working toward a common goal. One that actively works together to achieve that goal.

That being said.. the best thing you can do to start off with is set the pace by being an expample to all those under you...PSA's and CSA's alike.

1.) Do your daily points everyday and read your training materials.
2.) Understand the rules and engage in

In my humble opinion, the best way to instil team spirit in building a TEAM is to communicate honestly, authentically, and frequently with every team member.

Members of a team or organization require on-going connection with team leaders and/or mentors to continually be motivated. Motivation is fed by activity as activity is fed by motivation - both are necessary to develop healthy team momentum and spirit.

Team builidng is effectively created through clear communication.

The spirit of your team starts with you. If you are positive, excited, and determined your team members will be as well. The answer here isn't one that a list of steps will provide the answer. The answer lies with you, your attitude, your drive, your personality. If you have a spirited nature, some of that is bound to rub off on your team members.

Just be you, try to be the example. Do the things you want your team to do. Don't complain or agree with the negative emotions. Find the opportunities,

The first thing would be to learn as much as possible about SFI through reading the Basics to know the objectives, go through Launchpad the same way and also have an understanding about duplicating. You then start building a down line by sponsoring new affiliates.
You should be confident and sure about your goals and vision for your business because you will have to 'infect' your down line with the same confidence and determination to succeed.
Keep communication lines open with them, assuring

This question is important for success with SFI -

1. Identify the members under your downline who are serious about SFI. Follow up them tracking their performance.

2. Invite them to participate in S-Builder Co-op.

3. Conduct contests in the group.

4. Rewarding the prospect affiliate with TClick gift card.

5. Assuring the downline that you are at reach for any help.

6. Through usage of Gateways, support, and leadership page. Connecting
