What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?
For me, the best way to build a team with true team spirit is by making a team composed of people who know you more -- your FRIENDS!
And I'm not referring to social media friends, I mean REAL FRIENDS, FAMILY, etc. Warm bodies, those who really knows who you are. Those who you know you'll be comfortably be able to explain the SFI business. Be it family, neighbors, etc. Those people have friends that you may not know. From there, possibilities are endless..
good team with full team spirit can be built in SFI , only when the leader is involved in the activities.
The leader has to be a go getter and self propelled.
The leader has to show the way and pass on what all the leader has learnt.
In short it is the policy work with the people.
Any good team will be developed only when the leader emerges.

In my opinion the best way is start with people from you own country.
WHY?
It is easier to start working if you can explain it on your own language.
The BEST WAY of promoting is FREE classifields ads. Start with your city, After you find few good PSAs , you will get a good TEAM. Then start using other sites, forums and FACEBOOK to promote your job.

the best way to build a Team- with true spirit in SFI, is the way they react to what you have tell them. You will also know if that person is with true team spirit by listening to you and asking question. but you can also see on your movers page of what they do for the day and went they visit. And can use that to help you to build their business. I do see others have CONTEST and so many things, all this can build a team with true team spirit.
The way is shown by the SFI rules themselves. They are created to help the good willing ones and keep aside the pesimistic features.
I explain every person whom I invite what SFI means and tell sincerely that daily log in is necessary if the financial resources for monthly investments are small. Also, I will assure them of my help at every message I send.

as what i have experience,the best way is to communicate your upline everytime.you must follow the rules and suggestion.ask first for guidance and always give your best that you can do.
I extremely suggest to communicate your sponsor to ask for help to have a successful business.
The shorter the word its easy to understand.

This is a very good question that I am sure we have all asked ourselves at some point in time.
I believe the answer to this is the outcome from your individual strengths and weaknesses as a teamleader. I am sure with what we entail daily in SFI we increase our strengths as a business person and individual and become a great leader for our teams and are then able to teach them to do what we do to achieve huge benefits within.

Personal I follow confidence factor. Trust is one of the components of a successful team. If my team have confidence they will take advantage of it to pursue their own goals. The common goal converts to confidence again and when this happens you can say that you have a team that works in the real sense they should do.
