I'm pretty new here, so you may be way ahead of me in terms of effective marketing methods...but I think it's a waste of time to try and build better marketing messages that the ones that already exist on your gateway links. SFI's been at this a long, long time...and, personally, I'm not going to waste my time trying to craft a better message than they already provide for me to use.
I think auto-responders are a waste of time and effort. You already HAVE outstanding messages on your gateways. I recommend you put your energy somewhere where it won't compete with something you already have.
Like I said, I'm a newbie and may be convinced by SFI veterans that my current posture is wrong, but that's where my head is currently regarding auto-responders.

Although, such negative thinking can be avoided by providing an alternate way of communication for urgent queries that make an impact that you are caring about your customers not to miss any email from them due to the large amount of incoming emails.
In your emails, you should be focused in providing help to others not the general information which is already provided by SFI itself through its automated emails.
You should ask for the specific questions/confusions that you can respond. And make sure to provide some alter contact information for urgent queries.

I suggest you use solo ad or click ads, but if you want to use auto-responder you have to use your own follow up emails. Personally, I would not use an autoresponder, most information is already provided through the SFI Black Bar and drop downs already. Why create the wheel when SFI already has answered many questions. Those not answered could be researched via filing a Ticket with ASK SC, and SFI Support will clarify the issue and/or give directions to go to the websites that will provide the answers.
SFI also has already provided approved letters on many topics.
I think the best information to tell them is your own techniques on how you have grown in SFI, because they will look to you as someone they will imitate and follow,being their upline, and there they will feel as though there's someone in SFI who really cares for them and realy wants them to succeed. Teamwork will be developed and a sense of mutual fulfillment in the attainment of goals.
