I'm glad you asked. Although I don't believe it is necessary to use an auto responder it does make it seem more personal. Nothing can beat building relationships though.

If you decide to use an auto responder I would include the following details:

1. As an SFI affiliate you will have the opportunity to market products from SFI's on-line store. You will earn direct commissions from each and every sale. Best of all you don't have to ship the product, process the payment, or provide

Thank you, Jelena!

I love this question because I am new to using autoresponders and will-no doubt-learn so much from the answers given.

From what I know about autoresponders, the number of follow-up pages differ from advisor to advisor. Some say there should be 5, some say 8 others say 10. What I will say on this is that the number of follow-up pages you decide to use should be determined by how much information you personally think you need to give before providing your links.

Hi Jelena, Great question and although I've never used an autoresponder, I've read plenty of messages created for them. There is a theme with every autoresponder so you must make sure you are keeping with whatever the theme is for it's use.

Each theme is determined by you. If you are going to use the autoresponder to answer one time immediately upon getting a response from an affiliate then you absolutely want to include pertinent information for joining; to include your landing site

In my experience is that auto-responders are not appropriate for marketing SFI. If you have a website for your SFI Business it should have a short written presentation of each of the 5 different ways to built-up your SFI Business. In each presentation create text links to each appropriate SFI Gateway. As for emails, respond personally. Internet marketing is hard and the click thru ratio (CTR) of your marketing is supposed to be 2-3% (for 1000 page views 20 to 30 persons will show interest and

I believe your goal in setting up an autoresponder on your website is to get quality affiliates to sign up under you in SFI eventually.

The nature of your website's business is very important as to how you will set up the follow-up emails in the autoresponder. This is because the leads that you have in your autoresponder have either signed up with you expecting a newsletter for certain information or through a squeeze page you have set up.

Your follow-up emails should be related

Be honest. Tell the truth about SFI and that they need to do the work.
SFI is not a passive income program. Also let them know it's not a get
rich scheme and that these types of programs are most assuredly not in
their best interest. SFI is more about the individual than the bottom
line. It's all set up to help each and every person to earn a good
income from home, and it gives them everything they need to do it,
but it doesn't work for people who don't want to work.

Never, never use an autoresponder when sending your weekly communications to your affiliates. It's just not personal enough. Use their first names affiliates will feel a little bit special. An autoresponder should be use for potential customers and customers when keeping them updated. It should also be used for letting them know about something special.

The second part of your question asks for what you might provide. Well, here are a few suggestions:

I have seen many answers about using a autoresponder most of these are that an autoresponder is a cold robot that sends your impersonal mail.

In your question you have said you wanted an autoresponder which is a good start but how you use the autoresponder is the question, SFI uses an autoresponder, every time someone clicks onto your gateway links out come a response.

I have two auto-responders working for me and collecting signups 24/7, I do use the corporate/gateway pages

When using auto responders to communicate with your affiliates, remember that the auto responder can not replace your support. Use auto response to 'salt' your prospects. Place straight forward nuggets of information here and there. Use them no more than 3 times per week.

You goal is to remind them of important milestones, weekly improvements, a highlight for the month featuring your achievements and insight into the next month. Maintain a general theme for each month and build on

The First page should only be a welcome page and Thank You to the person who respond to your Autoresponder ad (no advertising links in the welcome page). Let them know that additional information is to follow. You should have about 8 to 10 follow-up pages.

Pages 2 through 10 should be short and to the point of explaining your offer. In this case, your offer is (SFI Affiliate program). There is a lot of information you can get at the SFI affiliate center showing what SFI is about and how
