Rather than marketing TCredits, I would suggest marketing the PriceBenders Auctions. Anyone who wishes to bid in the auctions needs TCredits in order to bid, so the TCredit sales will come. I would suggest trying some of the forums that discuss penny auctions. I found several by doing a search for "Penny Auction Forum." Be sure to follow their policies and do not spam the forums.
Go to your TC website, log in with your affiliate ID and password and then look up TC Credits, you will find all the TC credit packages available.
Then I would list them on a personal website (design one just for TC credits) and list all the packages there.
You can also make up fliers with TC credit information and hand them out to your local community.
Make business cards and tell people about the TC website and let them know how they can buy and sell stuff through the TC store.
Also there are the TC X-Cards which has all the information about buying and selling stuff at the TC store; all you have to do is put in your affiliate number and hand them out to people.

I believe the best way to market Tcredits is to build a team of active affiliates. Naturally, as they build their own teams they would want to take advantage of Pricebenders auctions where they can win Co-Sponsored affiliates or S-Builder units. On top of that purchasing Tcredits and bidding on Pricebrnders auctions can boost their VersaPoints total.
I think you should find a target group of people, who love to bid on auctions. This is possible if you visit different forums about bidding. If you catch attention, you will have a person who wants to bid on Tripleclicks and this person will buy TCredits from you, because you will be the one who invited him.
