The first month you have the grey start button, the blue SFI Basics, and 30 or the green Launchpad lessons to get through as well as your getting started sections and the red to do list tabs. This is the very basics of how to work on your SFI business.

Depending on when the person started they still may have the Launchpad lessons your to do list red tabs for sure and some of your getting started sections of your to do lists. And I try to get them to place a Standing order because after the second month the points are harder to get without the standing order in place.

The third month they should have their standing order in place and off to a great start in versa points to make them EA continuously or higher. And with what you have taught your psa's they can now duplicate what you have taught them to their csa's and psa's.

tell them to complete the Daily actions

There regular schedule should be reading Launch Pad Lessons , each a Day.
and completeing the Daily , weekly actions and Monthly actions Listed on To-Do-List

Completely reading of Launch Pad Lesson is really necessary to be completed with in there first 30 Days.

and once they do the above steps then there things will be moving at lightning speed and eventually they will be earning pretty serious money which they have never seen in there Life .

Secondly, you have to let them know that SFI is a long time business, and that ease their anticipation to get fast money.

let them know that SFI needs time and no time is a waste in SFI and you can even encourage them with Gift Card and Contest to improve their knowledge on SFI.

The best plan you give to your PSAs to help them started is tell them every thing about SFI the way it works and its advantages and the the knowledge gained by it tell them about the Standing order they can place they can place so that they wont have any problem in achiving their EA every month be constant and dont loose their EA facilites.

Also tell them about the launch pad which gives the complete description about SFI and also a lot of VP.

You can connect with your PSAs in social networks like facebook, etc. and talk to them personally and inspire them.

First assure them that SFI is their business with a long term income.
Send them the link www.sfimg.com/start then guide them on the step by step of reading the training on their home page to earn the points there. That is their first month.

Second month they already have the knowledge of how SFI works and that is where you advise them on Standing Orders to become EA2 and Team Leaders, then strengthen them with visiting the Forum and participating in the Forum to boost their SFI knowledge.

Also teach them about sponsoring and TC purchase. After the third month they will have gone past the secondary level if you teach them all this step by step.

I think information on SFI website is similar to as water in sea. To collect water from sea, we need time. Same way to collect information from SFI website, we need time prior to money. My advice is that right from the first day new PSAs must be informed by their sponsors that success requires time (minimum 1 hour, Daily) in SFI Business because this is a real business. As much as time all affiliates including new PSAs should devote on SFI Business website, more they can gain.

Help them to understand everythink in first month. How to pick VP,to learn and most importand to read and do To-DO tab everyday.
Then they must to start to advertising immediatly to find PSY, ECA refer, TripleClick sales, play T-Time on TripleClicks and if they listen and pay chose attention what you say them it's no be problem with the first three months.
