I would start them off with Wave3. Anyone can afford $1.95. They can use their tcredits from Wave3 to set up a few items in their own store on TConnect and get started making sales.

Young people are resilient. Most have sold things for their bands, candy door to door, and other things in the past and are more than able because they've been through making friends on facebook and know their way around. So once they have their free Wave3 tools they'll be doing what they need to do to make money.

I would also introduce them to the invitation gateway, but I wouldn't use the long affiliate url.

A shorter link that tracks and cloaks is in order. Google the words to find one that works for you. I have my own. If you need help with this let me know.

Once your young friends have made a nice sale, I recommend that they pump it back into their business and get Sbuilder. This way they can set up a coop and get their friends to join, so everyone has a piece of the same pie. This will help the ones who are just starting to get some free TCredits, signups, etc..

After a while, maybe a couple of weeks after they have learn to do their todo list daily and have earned a little bit more, they should get themselves some extra tcredits and start bidding in the auctions. Let them know that this is just for fun. Tell them not to bid everything they have on it. Keep something back for listing more items for sale.

Employment is not required to participate in SFI. Youth can be an advantage in that there are less preconceptions and if the person is willing to learn they can be successful here like anyone else.

Young folks are great at using social media and SFI provides Share It Links throughout the product pages on TripleClicks. So, they may be better at advertising the you might think.

Young people have friends and they can get their friends involved to be part of their downlines and brainstorm together with ideas about making money here. Young folks are great at analyzing the site, structure, commission structure and ways to earn. They also have more time than older folks to develop the business over a period of years. If they don't give up that is.

They can get a group of folks signed up, start a team, do some demos, and pool their resources. They could by S-Builder Coop shares as a group.

I recently watched a young man on TV that started a business making dog food and he has made thousands. He did this at home with his Mom's help and went on Shark Tank! Got a deal too! He was very young. Didn't listen to his friends who all said what he was doing was silly.

Of course you must be at least 18 to be in SFI, but 18 is still young. Just don't let those who say you can't do it, convince you. If we all saved a little when we where young each month we could all be millionaires today. Imagine if a young person starts in SFI where he could be in 10 years! There are no limits!

One of the toughest things to promote to many young people unfortunately, is hard work. However, I have found promoting the ECA program to be a successful avenue for this question. One of the toughest things to do in this business is to get up out of the computer chair and in front of people.

Working the ECA program allots everyone, but especially the younger generation, the opportunity to meet people face to face, and after the first one it is sooooo easy and exciting. Also, working the ECA program the way it is designed will provide more fruit. Don't try to fix what ain't broke.

Study the program diligently before you start. Go to your MARKETING TAB and click on ECA. Next, click on "Strategies for referring ECAs". Print out all the Frequently Asked Questions and put them in a loose leaf notebook and take it with you. Make sure you print out the first page you come to so you will have an index. Young people who are unemployed or underemployed have plenty of time to promote SFI. I assume that the persons you are referring to, also lacks resources but because the y have plenty of time it can compensate and be successful here at SFI.

There are several marketing tools that are available in SFI both for finding affiliates and selling items from TripleClicks. What I want young people to do is to learn how to make a blog or website about SFI that they can use for marketing.

Just do it from free sources like Bloggers, Wordpress and google. Here are the reason why Blog or website or splash page is the best.

1. You have the control of the content. You can design it the way you want it and you can put anything you want.

2. You can promote it anywhere. It is not blocked from social media sites like FB.

3. If you employ SEO you can have a lot of free sign-up if your website or blog are on the first page of search engines.

4. You can use the skills you learn in making blog or website in any other online opportunities.

5. You can even sell it and will give you additional income to invest in SFI.

If they have no money, I recommend the TripleClicks Membership...they can sell things for extra money. If they have no things of their own to sell, they may refer others to listings to sellers pages. They make a percentage of the sales if they were sent there by someone and it results in a sale.

Also, if they are under-employed or unemployed, as long as they have a car, they may use the sticker and advertise for the company, and have a chance to win cash and prizes.

If the person has a computer, they may also visit daily and do the to-do-list for extre VP Points, and also finish the fast-track-training, and LaunchPad training for free...and if YOU have not done your LaunchPad training, and the daily to-do-list it is a great time to start. This will help you to start earning cash and prizes, too.

Also, treat SFI like it is your very own company...because, you are a member of SFI, and it should be thought of this way. If you worked as a manager at a restraunt, how would you succeed there? First you would hire workers, then you will train them, and be a great manager-and leader, then your business will grow. Is this how SFI can grow, too? SFI is listed in the Better Business Bureau, which is important to some countries. SFI also helps reward those for their FREE training, especially if they learn and earn 500 VP in their first 24 hours of becoming a member. So, tell people sign-up when they have about 4 hours to visit the LaunchPad and get their modular training in so they will be rewarded instant 200 VP. All these things are FREE, by the way. And, this is what we do as a manager at any company, right? We provide training, and answer questions as their manager/leader. We even have resources at SFI to help you lead well in the "How to become a great SFI sponsor" training section.

Also, those that are underemployed or unemployed have all the time in the world to devote to SFI training, and may even win cash and prizes, too. And, they can make money by selling their own items and/or someone else's items that are already listed. You are HELPING these people by either creating a second income, or just providing an income.

Do not be in such a hurry for these new affiliates to become a leader...they do at their own pace. If they just start reading, learning, and following all their free advice, they will automatically become EA's but, need to continue to be encouraged by you to learn daily, and going to the to-do-list.

The unemployed and under-employed are actually the BEST people to have SFI. Those that work full-time do not usually have the time to learn on fast track with SFI, as those without much money do. I am not saying to ignore those with full-time jobs, either. Just promote your company SFI to EVERYONE, and do not judge who will do well or who will not. Because, those that are not interested are the ones that may know over 100 people that ARE interested in SFI.

Also, if they are not interested, they can still help by earning money or gift cards or something for referring others to you, if you offer them this. This is just an idea.

I wish you well with these two groups of people. I think SFI is the greatest thing for them, as most start-up fees are high, and SFI is FREE, and even free training and rewards as you learn, just like a real job does it.

I think the best thing you can do with the younger people, who don't have much money is to get them to EA the first month, while it is easy, the second month is a little harder, I think you need to give them some kind of incentive to work a little harder to get EA from the second month onwards.

It could be for every 500 VP's they make they get an amount of TCredits from you?
Or if your doing well with your Sponsoring you could even offer to transfer a couple of your EA's to help them build a team? Providing they hit EA themselves.
Tell them to talk to their friends, family, whoever they know and who ever they don't know? Talk to everyone.

Tell them to join W3, $1.95 one off payment, you never know they might just win something that will help their business no end?
Get them to join a2a, the forum, it pays to talk to people who have already been there done that!

Since someone who is unemployed probably has little free money, but much free time, the best advertising resources are those that are free, but time intensive.

Traffic exchanges, if you join as a free member, require you to surf a lot of pages to be effective. So an unemployed person could devote a couple hours a day surfing to build credits to advertise SFI. The danger is that they will see many other offers and may get distracted. The last thing you want to do is start joining a dozen other programs and lose focus.

Safelist also take time. They are not terribly effective, but they are free. The trick with a safelist is to create a junk e-mail account to use as your list e-mail so your main address does not get flooded with mails. Many safelists are ignored though for this reason. The other members are also using an e-mail address they rarely check. For this reason, the better safelists are credit based. You cannot send mails unless you earn credits reading mails. For this reason, they also require investing time. The same warning about not getting distracted applies here.

Blogging and article writing can be effective, and definitely take time to do properly. You can get free blog hosting from several sources, and if you blog regularly about interesting topics, you will likely get a following. Put SFI ads on the blog and some people will be interested. Article writing is similar, except you use other people's blogs. Some people want to keep a blog fresh with new content but do not wish to write themselves so they get articles from article directories. If you submit an article with links to SFI, when another blog owner publishes the article, he also publishes your link.

The best marketing tools for this population in my opinion are the E-Cards, they are free and you can send up to ten a day.
The next best marketing tool is word of mouth, just talking to friends and family. Both of these options are totally free.
The third best tool is the tab Flyers.(3rd only because there's a small cost involved)
They can print them with their SFI ID#, then post them at libraries, stores, schools, and other public places.
