This is when decisions are made to continue with SFI or give up. Being honest with affiliates in talking through how they see the development of their business is vital. Some will be learning still and find their collection of VP doesn't translate into $ as well as they hoped. Birds in the field may be fed but they have to get out of the nest themselves.
If they are able to spend time at keyboard then to made EA can take a lot of keying in but if they can spend something then they can achieve

FYI I myself is a newbie my second month and this is what I am doing.

As you know it is very difficult convince any affiliates to stay with SFI. At the end only the cream of the cream stays and that will reflect E365 contest how many were in the class at start and how many are still with contention.

On the first month you must have send a welcome letter, how to get all the bonus points, achieve fast track member etc.

Good question ! In some cases, how can you prepare them when you're new affiliate too ? The answer is very simple. You are the example !
So, I send them a team message in which I explain the steps I followed. My streak badge is the confirmation that my strategy works.

They must find the best strategy for them:
I. Place a Standing Order for a pack of 100 TC - 1200 VP each month. Required 300 VP can be earned by other actions (Daily Actions).

Hi Anna,


I have only been a member since the 1st of June this year, in my first Month I achieved Silver Team Leader, and in my 2nd Month have earned Bronze Team Leader status!

So for me personally the key is to lead by example!

I know some people don't have the funds to set up the standing order to guarantee they get their EA status every Month.
I think what you need to do with them is work on their daily tasks to earn every VersaPoint they can every day!

Good question. When I have new affiliates I tell them the truth and that on their second month they will begin a new on zero. If the affiliates understand that it's OK, but if they want to see the big money /in best way around $1 on first month/ they go out of the program. I prepare my team and also myself for every month like this: Becoming EA2 with IAHBE, referring new PSA/CSA in free or paid way, joining in auctions for CSA and looking for find a way to sell or re-sell on Tripleclicks to earn

This is a serious question which should be considered carefully before given the response.

First you have to be truthful to the affiliate from the beginning,let them know what to expect before they decide to start SFI,do not sell them a false hope,make sure the affiliate is aware of what they are getting into before they get into it.

In my opinion, the affiliate ought to be informed of the true picture of what happens after the first month. Tell them how many points arise from completing the daily and monthly activities and how many more they will need to retain their EA, and where they can be obtained. Make them aware that you can earn points through duplication; participating in ask SC, sales and purchases and also by promoting member products. Of course Tcredits play a big part. Some affiliates do not have sufficient money

1. First teach your affiliate that this business belongs to him.
2. Guide him the missed step during the first month.
3. Bring forth the points before him which could have get him more versa points.
4. Keep him motivated.
5. Lead with examples.
6. Advise him to log on daily to earn the easy VPs.
