Most new affiliates join so they can make some money online, and we lose many as they would prefer to make big money fast, so give them the answers honestly. Advise them on the welcome message exactly what it is that they have joined. The welcome message should give the basics of what is possible and achievable. You can make big money fast you can create a big business fast, however each new affiliate has different capabilities and experiences and that must be taken into consideration, some affiliates are sceptic and won't invest in big advertising marketing, so maybe slow growth is more suited. All affiliates get a website, get free web hosting. That's like the shell of any business all given for free until something is sold from it. Imagine a toy shop with toys in it, you know "toys are us" they have a shop front and possibly pay big money for web creation and monthly hosting, we in SFI can make the online toy shop for free and just pay a % when something is sold, so this sort of example should be in the welcome message. Also growing affiliates in your downlink so you get shares in the executive pool should also be mentioned. People are not numbers and the beginning stage of SFI business can be important establishing good trust with the first EA line.
If the first month sees exciting activity to get 1500VP and EA qualification, the 2nd and 3rd months could present a relaxing move by affiliates that think all setup already done and ongoing automatically.
It was just analysing daily affiliates move I had the perception of some activity slow down to a stop ( were it a day , a week or even a month).
Different strategies can be put in place to keep people move ahead
( not a push like to maraton Durando Pietri London 1908 - Queen Alessandra reward him with a silver goldplated cup).
Even a weak upline like myself can afford to anticipate some TC units with the transfer to affiliates close to EA - EA2 targets.
This may encrease good trust with our teams and procede with TC and ECA connection to maintaint qualification by selling products.

the best way to greet mew affiliates and get them motivated is to shpw them you are motivated, if you one something in pricebenders share that with them. try to get as much badges as you can to show them that you are dedicated to working hard. they will mimic what you do if good and bad. keep track of your movers board and let them know when they are getting close to EA to keep them motivated but most importantly reply to all thier questions in a timely manner it shows them that you value them and thier business

The best way is to greet them, introducing yourself ,letting them know who you are and that you are there to help them advance in the business, giving tips on how to go about it and to make sure to let them know that if they need your help you will be available.If they succeed so will you.and this also will be for them as eventually they will be following your footsteps!

Later on when you see that the person concerned and much in line with that individually determine how much and how we interact with it ... We could talk about this a lot this is the essence, means that the new members brought into the job with what knowledge we have, tell them to follow the messages and three steps that are essential to our success, compensation plan, be active every day for a while to spend with SFI and learn from more experienced ..

I always like to start with welcoming new affiliates and make sure they know that I am available if they need help. I usually start by suggesting that they work on their To-Do list and do their Launchpad daily. Unfortunately the majority of your PSA's will do nothing and there just isn't anything anybody can do about it. Focus on your active PSA's and CSA's and let the others quit.
Well, If at all you are a new sponsor, greet them with a default answer from SFI.
otherwise greet them in your words like, you are their sponsor, if you have any questions let me know by Team mail or SFIM chat.
SFIM's Chat is the best one to communicate, provided they could notice SFIM as chatting media. Else Team mails are good for greeting.

But I made ??some changes.
First they send email and thank them for joining SFI business saying how glad ditch because their sponsor.I tell them about the contest E365 etc.
Use as many methods as you want to sponsor new SFI affiliates. You can get started immediately and at no cost with the methods that are indicated with red numerals. Then, get started implementing additional methods (X-Cards, fliers, banners, etc.). Use as many methods as you can manage and always remember: Just as a small fire generates little heat, little or no actions will generate little or no results. If you want big results, take big actions!
