This depends on the goals you set for yourself.For me sponsoring few affiliates and helping them become successful and affiliate doing same can grow your business.Having a large affiliate can be stressful as their immediate need cannot be met.Every successful business has a manager(you) and assistants(your affiliates)that can create duplicates and you will be successful.Later when affiliates you sponsor are successful, sponsor more and help them too.
You should continuously sponsor new affiliates !
The reason is that only a small percentage of affiliates keep the work up and will be real active thus good affiliates.
If you stop your momentum by sponsoring new affiliates you might come to a stall and almost have to start over again. Never stop a working system.
Then another question that comes to my mind is “When would you have enough affiliates?” ….
This is really two separate questions. You should continuously be sponsoring new affiliates.
Some subscribe to sponsoring massive numbers of affiliates and hoping a few stay with it. The old adage~ Throw enough stuff against the wall and some of it is bound to stick~ will get you lots of sign-ups, hundreds,maybe thousands. But how can you support and teach that many affiliates all at once? Plus that can be pretty costly!
Just my opinion, but if you continuously sponsor a few affiliates at a time you can give all of them the attention and effort they deserve.

- promoting day by day is getting fresh eyes and hands, in order to multiply your work and finally you get more commissions;
- there are some precious gems in this wide funnel, they are really interested from day one and they will discus with you their goals. You have to help them, to coach them.
They are each one a Golden Goose and will deliver You the Golden Eggs.
The most ideal way is that everything will mesh together. If you have a low PSA and you will pay only coaching and helping them build, there is a risk that if one drops out for some reason, so you problém.Idealne still register new PSA, from quantity to quality time sort out. If you have many associates and you will not have to prosecute all alone, so you have the option to move them to one of your PSA, which needs to start a new impetus. You'll be grateful for the help and found that a great sponsor and maybe it will become a star, or a golden ship. Much success.

But this is not the case. A lot of them stop at the point of entry. To the sponsor they are not very useful initial (they might wakeup later). Therefore, it may be very wise to have a handful of effective down lines that can be easily managed. …those few strong legs that actually walk rather than being nursed around. Knowing that SFI is like the human body. All parts must work properly for an effective person. If a section is sick , the whole is sick. In conclusion, fewer is better if they are effective.

This is a very good question.
You know that quality is always better than quantity.Pick a hand full say about five affiliates, teach them what is ti be done and encourage them to recruit new ones and in turn teach them.In this case you manage a small team but with more effectiveness,
If you keep on enrolling new people you will end up with a big team but how will you teach and coach them, This only increases your numbers but affects effective productivity.

The best is sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build.This is because doing this means you're duplicating and as we all know duplication is the heart of this business and the best way to grow your income exponentially!What's the use if you sponsor thousands of affiliates who're inactive when you can focus all your efforts on the real diamonds thereby creating for yourself leverage income.
