Here the some signs that a new affiliate is going to be good one:-

1)He is and make 500 VPs in 24hrs and be Fast-Tracker.

2)And then he comes daily and make 11 VPs reguarly.

3)And give response to your team mail and stream posts.

4)Normally after sign up we need to send welcome mail to new start ups.The one who responds without follow up is the one who is self motivated and will come out good.

Those who are not interested will normally never turn up after initial turn up.They might have signed up accidentally during their regular browsing.

Secondly after initial getting started actions,those who regularly login in and perform daily actions are most likely to continue for couple of months.

But most affiliates fail to understand that this is a business(like any other business) and money also need to be invested and there are several actions need to be performed other than daily actions.This is the core and those who understand this within few weeks of sign up will either stay or will discontinue.
You see your top movers,if there is any new PSA then that affiliate has the potential of being a good one.
You then go & see the details of VersaPoints earned by him. If he has completed profile,uploaded photo,become a2a member,completed Get started Action,got points for LaunchPad,completed Intermediate action then the PSA is a good one.
If that PSA becomes EA or teamleader then it confirms that PSA is good.
The final test comes in the second month. If that PSA becomes EA2 or teamleader then the confirmation is confirmed.
When you check your emails and send them your welcome email. If they reply on a regular basis eager to learn. Then this is a great indication that they are willing to learn. Always stress to them that it takes time dedication duplication and most important promoting to achieve results. When you see their results at your movers tab, be sure to let everyone know of their achievements, when you next do a stream posting.
I update all my down line by sending them weekly emails. I also in the email add my top 10 movers. This lets everyone know that it is achievable to grow their SFI business larger day by day by being involved.
While looking for the signs "whether this new affiliate will be good or not",
one must turn around to look at one's own path to progress... presuming that
one has indeed been successful.

The most obvious signs would be a FULL ATTENDANCE in their Daily Actions part
of the VersaPoints Ledger & an early WAVE3 membership besides regular posts in
the "Stream Posts" ( Of course, one has to note this via the points scored for
this activity under Weekly Actions; i find this being worth a separate mention
because 3 points in a 7 day period might just be an acid-test for commitment ).

There are also exceptions, of course.
Some people may have a different perspective than yours and yet be successful.

Though this is not really advised by me, a Standing Order at the very start is
the most obvious sign that the concept has indeed been grasped by the newcomer.
A perfect fit to the phrase "put your money where your mouth is", this affiliate
has clearly demonstrated "long term commitment" instead of signing in with the
goal of "developing a second income" ( or any such thing ) only to disappear by
the 3rd or 4th month.
Here, i must confess that though a BTL in my second month & spending money to
safeguard my position, my standing order materialized only after 4/5 months.
Looking back over the year gone by, *THE SIGN was definitely missing...

An Indian idiom comes to mind, "a child's feet are visible in the crib itself".
But then there is yet another that says, "Only an experienced eye can recognize
a diamond".
That told, one must be reminded of Lord Krishna's exhortation to Arjuna [ refer
Shribhagwad Gita ] to "concentrate on YOUR actions & do not be concerned about
the rewards".

If we were to honestly follow His advice, one should be concentrating all energy
on "developing a new affiliate into a good one" rather than "looking for signs"
whether the new affiliate will be a good one or not.
Some signs that I like to see in a new affiliate is consistency, determination, being able to follow instructions, and one who is not intimidated to ask questions.
Since SFI payout is based on the volume of VP a new affiliate should show that they understand the importance on gaining these points daily. I would say an affiliate who in the second month sign- up for a standing order shows that they understand that it also takes money to become successful.
Keep a watch on those who are working hard and smart and help them to move forward. These are the one who shows signs of building their business by sponsoring affiliate and looking for ways to promote the business. At the end of the day it will be those who display longevity.
you'll never know whether you have a good affiliate or not. It always depends on the relationship between you and him.

Signs of a good start are regularly logging in and daily work on the To-Do list and also maintaining communication.

Another sign is the achievement status of EA2 and also maintaining it. Very important is of course to maintain the motivation (Yours and the partner's), because such a business grows not overnight,it takes patience and perseverance.

I personally have been with SFI since October 2012. I have had several PSA and CSA.

PATTERNS: I have not seen a pattern to determine which new affiliate is going to be good. The reason I say this is because I had several “good affiliates” that stayed well above the green line and seemed to be doing well. I encouraged each of them for staying above the green line. I transferred TCredits to each affiliate to reward them. However, despite my dedication to my PSA and CSA all of them to this date have just vanished?

ATTITUDE: Some may become bitter when their affiliates vanish. I do not let vanished affiliates discourage me. I keep myself in positive mode and keep right on doing what I need to do to accomplish my goals.

HONESTY: I always start off by being honest and letting them know up front that SFI is not a get rich quick business. I also encourage participation and dedication to reading and learning everything that SFI has to offer.

DIVERSITY: If there is a language barrier I use freetranslation.com to paste each sentence and translate it so that I am at least trying to communicate with affiliates. Being diverse is becoming more important each day.

REWARDS: It is always a good thing to reward affiliates that are participating. I use my TCredits as a reward for my affiliates.

OUTCOME: So, as you can see, there are no certain patterns to alert you to a good affiliate. There will be some that will login each day and others that log in once weekly. You as a sponsor have no control over the pattern that each affiliate takes with their SFI business.

I have been rating this Question, But i want to have my input.....

Even if you are clearvoyant there are still no obvious pointers to indicate that any new affiliate is going to be a good one from on-set, however, what the affiliate does in the second month will determine the diposition of that affiliate.
If an affiliate is asking questions,,,,it shows that affiliate has a will to learn

if the affiliate is asking questions, then who is answering that question, that is, Is the affiliate getting satisfactory answer to the question so asked. So the kind of surpport an affiliate gets will help any new affliliate to understand the business that he has under-taken

Everyone that start has a will to succeed, however if that person lacks understanding, then your guess is as good as mine. THE AFFILIATE WILL WITHER OUT'

So Affiliates are not the factor that determine if they are good or not, Rather Seasoned sponsors need to reach out constructively with determination to make SFI affiliate understand that SFI business is 'A RESIDUAL INCOME STREAM' that needs time to build.

In summary the kind of support an affiliate gets will detemine his success.

This is a very powerful question. It is the same as asking how do you see that your child is intelligent. I know this may sound unrelated to a business question.

There are different types of people, e.g. those who perform well under supervision and those who hate supervision. Some of the signs that someone is going to be a good affiliate are: passion, hunger, knowledge and the ego satisfaction.

Passion: There are people who just enjoy dealing and communicating with a lot of people and they enjoy venturing in achieving accolades or praise. They enjoy doing things just for the fun of it.

Hunger: Some people have come to the acceptance that they have passed the age of being employed; some know that they are not educated enough to qualify for any high paying jobs, therefore network marketing offers a very suitable alternative in the sense that you are not supposed to produce cv's or educational qualifications. In most networking businesses, your only qualification is your passion, drive or self confidence and commitment which will make you successful.

Knowledge: Most network businesses offer a wealth of knowledge that you may not get anywhere else. Self motivated affiliates don't need to be motivated to seek more knowledge. They are naturally self starters, they ask a lot of questions and they are not afraid to take risks.

This is a very good question and lot of affiliates want to know the qualities of a good new affiliate. We in our SFI daily activities found new affiliates under us and many of them become non-performing after the first month. Even some of the affiliates become inactive right from the beginning. Good and committed affiliates are curious and regularly keep touch with their team members and particularly with their upline members. They try to continue SFI business even after the first month and try to remain EA every month by acquiring 1500 VP. Good new affiliates will try to expand their business by advertising SFI and try to make more and more PSAs under them. For that they may even invest a little to get future residual income. The good new affiliates will read continuously the Q&A in SFI and the basics. They also try to transfer knowledge to their subordinates so that they also can be benefited in SFI.

There are never any guarantees that any affiliate is going to be "good" or not.

I think an encouraging sign is their willingness to communicate with you. To me this shows a real interest.

You can watch their VP ledger but in the first month VP are easy to gain, of more value is watching the ledger in the second and third months. Also a new affiliate that starts to recruit new members is a promising sign, it means they are talking to others about the business or advertising.

Watch how often they log in and complete the daily tasks, again it shows an interest.

Remember though that you may have to dig a lot of dirt to find the diamonds.

How can you see that?
Go to your affiliate profile and click VP LEDGER
See it carefully and you will see if it's being active or not.
Using VP Ledger you can also see what actions your affiliate didn't accomplish yet and help him, remind him to do it.
Usually on the first month you can get very active members the problem it's on the second month.
I have made a video with all instructions for getting all possible VP's and did sent him to all my affiliates, I am also starting a Video Live Conference to the ones interested.
Use everything you can to support your affiliates, guide them and above all incentivize them to accept SFI as a long term business.
