In my opinion, this is the best time for you to help your PSA's. My recommendation is to take the time and go through ALL of the training's. As you are coming across new tips and tricks and great ideas...share them with your PSA's. This is especially helpfull if you get a sense that your PSA is not as motivated as you are.

To advice anyone is very easy,but to get it done is very difficult.It will take time for you to understand new business,once you know the concept,then you are ready to go successfully. As you are new to this field ,it is not possible to give the accurate information to your PSAs ,better you give them the link to follow it,review it and then decide to do it or not,which action will take them to peak and which will make a fall.Every one come here to earn money ,but think how much knowledge you are

1)You can Advise them via email or via message and let them check always in to_dolist every day and earn versa points from it to next level of SFI
also let them some tips like below
2)Your minimum monthly goal should be EA status -1500VP.Define, then set your short and long term goals paint a very clear picture.
Then learn how to recruit, advertise, teach and motivate others to grow your business.
and have a plan to accomplish your goals.Believe you can succeed and you will.

My initial reply when I was in that situation was " At this moment in time I do not know the answer to your question but I know where to find it, I will get back to you within 24 hours."
Then ask in the forum or look in the training or just search for it.

Before you are in the situation of being asked you do need to let ALL your team (PSAs and CSAs) know you are there for them and will help to the best of your ability.

To advise and help new PSAs when you are new to SFI? According to your question it shows you are ahead than them because you have PSA assigned.Having PSA that means in some way you are above than them so you can give the tips exactly the ways you did why you still on standing active and growing affiliates,Do the START, SFI Basic AND lUNCH PAD WHICH IN sfi AFFILIATES CENTER AND i WILL TELL STEP BY STEP my experiences and strategies.Hope you it will help

As they are new affiliates, they must collect VersaPoints as much as they can starting from their date join SFI. As my experience my suggestion is directed them to open their VPLedger to determine actions to be taken by new affiliates such as daily actions, getting start actions, intermediate actions and Launchpads. Guide them using each of their VPLedger.

you can advise by going though the launch pad as quickly as you can without overloading your brain. Really study the site, become familiar with all the ins and outs and you can answer questions without the aid of support you are ready. I made silver in 7 days by doing that, but others may take a bit longer to absorb all the information. Good luck, but it is hard work that does it!

Another thing of note is after you may have given advice to the new PSA try to contact him/her as soon as possible to find out if the advice you offered was useful, some may be reluctant contacting you for further answers even when they are not satisfied with your advice probably thinking they are bordering you. So contacting them for further clarification shows your genuine interest in their progress.

Very interesting, how to learn others, when and you are new.

I am new - second month, but I think that same questions are for most new memebers.
Easy, give the answers for questions from yours experience in SFI.

For example:
For Europe, new day begining in te morning (at 7.00 a.m. for Midle Europe)
Today EUR 1 = USD 1.3034 it is usefull information for european members
You have TRANSLATE IT (on yours language) on the right bottom
