Hi everyone
What I think is important at the very beginning was to read and try to find your own way with the advice of experienced colleagues and the first sponsor.
Basically you will always know if a contact and what to do whether it is advertising in question or some of the tasks.
After a short time, in my case it was already the second month you realize almost everything you need and move with building your team.
important thing is to read read read everything come and relating to your business, compensation plan you just said what all of us work and follow the three steps by Gary Carson instructions and there is no error.
If you are in doubt of anything please contact one cavity or in the forum if these do not find the answer you have a 24 hour support suport.
's not so hard as it seems at first to someone.

First: I think you should be honest letting them know that you are new you started..date.. this shows them they are not alone ..you are just like them but you succeeded farther and that tells them they can do it too.

Second: I am going to attempt to answer your question now with the knowledge that I have..so they feel they get instant answer that the form of communication is working.

Third: I am going to look at these sources forum, ask gery, ask sc, training. for answers to your questions. and together..in working as a team they can do the same. Make it a little fun who can get the answer first. business doesnt have to be boring. This shows team work, shows follow my lead. and also one can attain the answer one way and the other can view it differently and both answers can be right.

Hopefully I'm not being redundant here... I haven't seen the responses to this question yet...

One of our greatest tools when first starting out is really to express your own understanding of SFI and what you have learned in your short period of time. One thing to remember is that the best answer is an honest answer. I basically informed my PSA's that I am here and able to work towards assisting them wherever possible working together towards finding a solution. That way, even if you don't personally know the answer at least they know that you are walking with them towards finding the answer which is better than just saying you don't know. And then, also, you should by now have a healthy perspective on what to expect your first year or two and so it goes along way towards assisting your PSA's towards their own goals and assisting them towards establishing goals and expectations that are realistic and achievable.

I think that this is a very good question.
For the sponsor who is just new to SFI and getting started to advise his/her PSAs, he/she must have to follow the rules in SFI by reading everything in the Immediate Actions and Intermediate Actions before clicking on the point awarded for reading. Doing this singular act alone within your first 24hrs in SFI, and thereby achieving your FAST TRACK and EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE status is enough to use acquired knowledge to couch, advise and help your new PSAs even though you are new yourself.
Secondly, exploit the SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD in order for you to be a pure master. I can just start to imagine what you will think of a kid who just entered primary one (1) and the second year jumps to final year in a Secondary School. Now in that class, what KNOWLDGE will that kid pass on to other kids still in primary school. The end result is hurting his/her self. So it is in SFI, when you don't do the things in the above first paragraph, you are only hurting yourself.
Again you have to do your daily To-Do List, also go to Hot Spots, Income, Marketing, Reference, Training, Power Tools, Leaders e.t.c. tabs and exploit them to really be an expert in SFI and thereby using the knowledge acquired to continually advise and help your new PSAs.

You can help the new PSA's by telling them that you are also new to the business, be honest. Furthermore, re-assure them that they can ask you questions because you are willing to look for the answer and get back to them as soon as possible.
Encourage them to go over the basics and Launchpad lessons again and again until they understand what they have to do.
You yourself, as a new affiliate, should devote as much time as possible to read as much as you can about the business. Go through the training materials so that you become educated yourself so that you can give good answers.
The most important of all these is to not only read, but study everything that you can in SFI. Remind the new affiliates that SFI has a tremendous amount of Free training materials and give them handy links.
In my opinion, the easiest way to learn the business is when you have to answer your new affiliates questions. You are forced to research and learn

anouther way is when your uplines share a tip with you,you can tell you downlines about it and they would know what you know...

there are many websites created by experienced affiliates that share their secrets and tips for use of other affiliates...

and at the end you always have to be one step ahead of your affiliate if you want them to follow you...

Good question for new affiliates,
So;
- For new affiliates, I send a Welcome letter to my SFI Team affiliates.
- I am reading very much, about internet income and about SFI/Business.
- Since I have got many messages from my SPONSOR and Co-Sponsor, I am just prepared in myself for sponsoring my affiliates.
-I read many articles before I can start. I need to read every day and to purchase many new articles before I would be able to start my business in a company just as SFI.
- I am doing by examples, in every my steps of success. So, I teach the others to proceed in the same way is to lead by example in their paths of business.
- Every day, talking with my PSA-s and CSA-s is a great work for understand that you and yours team member are in good paths of business. Doing so, I can let know to my team members that I am a new top affiliate at SFI and so can do all my team members.
- Every day, I can share my experiences to all my affiliates, PSAs, CSAs, and many others outside SFI and Triple Cliks.
- I can distribute many TC Gift Cards every day . Doing so, I can prepare all my affiliates to do the same and to earn 300 VPs in a month, or smth else .
- Every day can enter at Ask Sc, vote there and join the Daily Drawings; “Enter now” and “Win it” .
- If you are just prepare, you can enter to the forum , which is a great way to teach much more about SFI.
- For every thing you want to know about SFI, just you refer at your Sponsor. If no, you can go at Triple Click Support.

If you are new in SFI, and already have PSA, that means you are fast learner, learn even more, and that is not difficult because we have all the resources in front of our eyes.

Don't worry, if affiliate ask question you don't know the answer, find one, ask your up line, launchpad, all the answers are just click away, and you will learn even more.

So if you help them grow, you will grow, knowledge is like a plant, if you have a seed, that is great, but you need water and sun, to have one day fully blossom flower.

As honesty is still the best policy therefore it's best to come upfront and share with them that even tough you are pretty new to the SFI business you will undertake to learn and research as well as find out via the various avenues be it Ask Sc or checking with your up lines or sponsor to share with them the answers that you have learnt n go thru it so that we can succeed together

The same way you would with any business or job that you would be a leader in. You might get hired for a public job in a leadership position, although you may not know much about that job. We all learn in life by trial and error. Some people can't stand to make a mistake, but the mistakes are what teach US, so we can learn from them, and grow. They teach us to do better. None of us can be perfect to or for everybody. It's best to try to help them by simply duplicating the way you/you've learned yourself. There is no perfect way to do it, you just do the best you can. If you are determined to be successful, you'll be able to spill that determination over to your downline. What you don't know, or are not sure about, find out from your upline, or educate yourself in other ways. SFI's extensive knowledge bases abound with answers.

In reflection and what is most important, be confident in yourself. If you're not confident in yourself, you'll have a hard time helping others.
