After the new PSAs signs up I send him/her a welcome mail. In that mail, I tell them what to do in first 24 hours (collect 500VPs, so they get 200Vps and fast track badge) and tell them to add me as friend on Facebook, because it is easier to communicate and help them. When they do that, I advice them to read slowly Lounchpads and training lessons, do the rest of their getting started actions and necessarily tell them that this is not an overnight job. They have to log in every day in SFI and

For most people getting a PSA doesn't happen in the first week, we're all still trying to work out how the system works. So that means you'll always be a week ahead of any PSAs and should have half an idea about the answers to the questions they are likely to ask.

If they ask something you don't know, you have to be honest, either take the time to find out, from a training, a faq, the forum, you sponsor or co-sponsor, then let them know, or admit that you are quite new yourself and have

1. You have to tell them to follow the SFI forum, Tips tab, Ask SC tab, LunchPad etc.
2. Tell them to take help from their co-sponsor.
3. You have to tell them to see the SFI basic video. This video will help new PSAs to get some idea about SFI.
4. Tell them to be serious about SFI.
5. You have to tell them to get a proper idea about SFI. Because, without getting proper idea one can’t get full success.
6. But, the most important factor is that, you have to learn all

If you haven't bothered to read and learn, you are of no help to anybody. Not even yourself.

If you have been reading and learning, however, then you're in a good position to help other new members. You have managed to struggle through the first few days, and gotten to know how things work in general.

Just by being there, and responding to your new affiliates is a help. By being honest, and admitting that you are still new yourself, you can share the adventure with them.

This is a great question.

Honesty is the best policy. Be transparent in your dealings with your PSA's about your level of experience with SFI but be willing to openly share with your PSA's the passion and other skills that you have that you are willing to offer to them to become successful.

Owning and running a business requires many skills and so simply doing an inventory skill review of yourself to see what you can offer others in your down-line while you are building your

This is an excellent way to learn the business. You'll be honest and enthusiastic and motivated to learn quickly so you can pass on the knowledge.

Let the new PSA know its a team effort and so you would like to hear any questions or tips they can come up with.

We're building the worlds largest buy /sell network marketing business so the new PSAs are coming in at an excellent time.

As you know it is a little overwhelming at first so be patient. All these letters

"How can you advise and help new PSAs when you are new to SFI and just getting started yourself?"

I think the best way is to learn together. If you don't know the answer to your PSA's question, you can help look it up in the glossary. If you can't find an answer, you can ask in the forum.

If you have an active sponsor, you can ask them, but not everyone has that luxury. The forum is usually quicker, too.

The most important thing to do is to read. Read, read,
