This question assumes that you have a robust relationship with your downline. If you do not, go back and correct this problem.

To get your downline to participate in your co-op do the following.

(1) Explain to them what the co-op is all about, that is, the aim(s) and the benefits to be derived by them from the co-op.

(2) Tell them the cost of the co-op package and how it compares to what they might spend with other packages outside.

(3) Because you know them or have a good rapport with your downline (that is why the relationship issue above is so important), you set a co-op that can accommodate everybody or most of them financially. Make sure that everybody can easily pay to your money merchant.

(4) For those that cannot bear the cost even as low as you try to put it, you would have to decide how to carry them along. This is a personal decision you have to make. One principle that should guide you is to make sure that your team is not divided.

(5) For those who do not understand English, get people from their countries to explain your co-p to them.

(6) Lastly, let everybody know the sharing formula from the co-op proceeds, that is, PSAs. At this point you would also remind them of how to handle the incoming PSAs.

This question brings into focus the two reasons for starting the SFI business. Which are (1) to take actions today that will generate steady incomes not only for today but for the future whether you are active or not, that is, residual income.
(2) to take actions today that generate incomes either on a one time basis or intermittently into the future.

So the two actions of sponsoring affiliates into your downline for residual income and referring members to tripleclicks for one time or intermittent income are both needed for you to be successful in your SFI business.

As a new affiliate you need to generate immediate income through tripleclicks sales to continue to finance your business costs and to get dividends for immediate business actions before your downline begin to give some income.

Overtime as your downline grows and becomes more productive you earn more from it and more predictably too than from tripleclicks. So please do not neglect any of these two ations.

Advising or helping new PSAs when you are just getting started with your SFI business is the normal situation in SFI and I dare say in the business world.

When you get started with SFI you would immediately discover that spending just one hour on your business is not enough. The reason for this is not far fetch. You will have to read to catch up on a lot of information to enable you make income in your second month. This information that you learnt and applied to generate income is what essentially you have to teach or help the new PSAs.

So the issue is not whether you are just getting started but whether you are learning anything about making income in your SFI business. If the information you applied generated income for you teach your new PSAs these actions.

Note that the sole purpose for being in business is to make income so do not distract yourself with information you do not need to make income in SFI.

The first sign that a new affiliate is going to be a good one is if the affiliate takes the time to fill his profile correctly, state his or her goals in SFI, outlines a time frame to achieve them, and then go to his or her affiliate center to follow the instructions about getting started.

The other signs are how well he or she is doing with the daily tasks. Whether he or she has sent an email to his or her sponsor. Whether he or she replies to mails from the sponsor. Whether he or she has asked for help. Replying mails shows that he or she is open to communication.

Note that the asking for help issue is very vital because it shows that he or she is willing to learn and that he or she has drive probably to accomplish the goals set out in the profile section.

This is a very interesting question. I did a little research and came up with the following check list about how SFI rates its superstar and also stars.

The superstar is Wayne Telfair, join date 02/15/2013, PTL from Texas USA, with power ranking 1 all round. The next 3 stars after him are Rshid S. Jairath, join date 02/06/2013, BTL from Alberta, Canada, with overall world power ranking 2. Giuseppe Francavilla, join date 07/24/2012, PTL from Italy, with overall world power ranking 3. And Bernice O' Reilly, join date 12/05/2012, BTL from Alberta Canada, with overall world power ranking 4.

So my advise is that if you want to become a superstar first become a star then you can easily aim for superstardom. Study the checklist below to become a superstar in SFI and see your current position.

I am a great beneficiary of the Ask sc questions and answers.

The first I noticed was this was a gold mine of knowledge. You are getting free quality information you would only get from a paid coach. The first it did to me was that it gave me direction. From the answers to the questions I got the exact steps I had to take to get to the next level of team leadership.

Another thing it did for me was that it helped me to visit certain areas of the SFI business which I forgot or overlooked.

I do not like to ask too much questions especially when I am new. It helped me not to ask my upline and the support team too much questions and to save time waiting for the answer.

This a very good question because it shows what your family think about what you are
doing with your computer every now and then.

The points I have here are (1) the result you have to present to your family and friends, and (2) your attitudinal changes as regards your SFI business.

Results are very powerful sponsoring or advertising tools, because they speak for themselves. If you present your income check to them after 4-6 months their interest would kindled. Your winning from pricebenders's auction is another powerful tool you can use to attract them, say you win an Apple ipad 16GB for $5.50. You would not be able to hide it because your family or your friends. They would see you using it. Wave3 membership is very important to SFI affiliates because right from when you join you are eligible to win an award every week. This again is a powerful sponsoring tool.

Your attitudinal changes as regards to how you treat your SFI business would be noticed by them. They would see that you are more focused, spending good time building your SFI business and that when you speak to them they see that you very well informed about the business. This comes from the amount of time you spend reading good materials about the SFI business, that is, giving yourself good self education.

Finally your family and friends are only interested in proofs and not the talking.

Goal setting is setting targets you want to achieve at a given time. It is very important in becoming successful in SFI for the following reasons.

1. It serves as a guide to you, that is, it helps you to know where you are going. For example, if a person wants to go from New York to Washington. This desire defines the path the person would have to follow to get to Washington.

2. It helps you to be focused. You do not get carried away by every program that people bring your way. You evaluate them to see if they would help you achieve your goals

3. It helps to eliminate waste in the use and application of your resources. You do not expend your time, money, intellect on things that would not help in achieving your goals.

3. There are so many facets to the SFI business that one can get overwhelmed or easily neglect all you need to do to get to a particular position or level.

4. One aspect of setting goals that people neglect is writing it down on paper. To keep your goals fresh in your mind you need to write it down where you would see it every time you wake up in the morning. This helps you to push ahead with your goals or review them for better results when you face difficulties.

5. Goal setting is applicable to all areas of life not just for success in your SFI business, especially when you step out of SFI to run you own business.

6. Finally know that the very few people who set goals and write them down are among the most successful people in life.
