People who achieve their goals do so because they have genuine reasons and essential leverage necessary to do. For such people the goal is becomes like part of the statement that is available for all to see. The rest of the often unwritten statement often gives reason: ... I have to achieve this otherwise I will lose or something will happen ... The information new affiliates provide on their profile is not necessarily detailed enough to help their upline leader understand why they have chosen those

Ask the new PSA what they want to achieve in the SFI business. Be a good listener. Everyone has there own goals to achieve. Make a chart of what one wants to do? Where one whats to go? Learn what the PSA wants in life and in work. Talk about what has worked for you. Talk about your goals ln life and business, and what has worked for you. Make a step by step guide to wha5 one should do to achieve there goals.

First ask them by email if they are interested in wanting to know more, from you, about how SFI works for you, and letting them know what your goals are and how you are applying SFI to those goals. If they reply to you then take what you know that is already working for you and reply back to them with steps as to where they need to go, to learn more and make your response according to their goals, as well as explaining how you have actually made it work for you as you understand it.

I send welcome message to every new affiliate. I send also team mails. If some of my team members makes contact with me I begin to know him/her and this way I ask for their families, lives and goals. But if there is no contact I don't think is good idea to ask people about their goals - they will feel pressured, because they may not be sure in what they want and this way if I approach them they can feel offended. In my team mails I share that having clear goals it's important and if these goals

The best way however is achieving your goals and setting an example. Flaunt your success to your PSA and encourage them to follow your exact steps. It is discouraging if you are trying to help your PSA climb the ladder whilst you haven't made an impression yet.
As a potential sponsor, start a group discussion and invite your downliners (PSA) to join to encourage them to share their thoughts, fears, anxiety, disappointments and most importantly their zeal to succeed. PSA are like your children

The best way to approach a new PSA with regard to discussing their goals in my opinion is “live video conference”. The moment you speak to them live, it creates a special atmosphere among the new people, that, you are not new to them. When you speak to new PSA live it will definitely give better impression about your views & you are giving him/her an opportunity to express his/her views frankly. They can get all sorts of clarifications without any hesitation in front of you.

I always start with a team mail introducing myself and offer assistance with any questions.
Most will not respond however you can check their progress through their VP ledger, see if they are missing any steps ,then you can write a personalized letter for email or individual team mail.
Most important is to encourage them to continue checking in and to think of SFI as their store ,everything here can be marketed from simple url's. when your PSA's begin to see some return on their work.

PSA is your personally sponsored affiliate. Put it simply he/she is your recruit to SFI business. Your affiliates are your foundation and you must build it as early as possible and as big as possible according to your skills and resources.

Where will your first affiliates come from and what are the characteristics that you should be looking for? It is important to have these few affiliates who can help you jump start your own SFI Business.

First you need to sit down and think

I think the best way, in case a communication is established, would be to speak about our own goals. And if a communication is not yet established very well, we can simply indicate that hour goal can be seen on our profile and that the PSA should make a plan, too.
After several days, if we do not see any reaction, we shouldn't ask how to help, maybe the best solution would be to make a very brief presentation with what we could do for him/her and maybe even do something of the
