No need to be shy, just ask them outright. It will show your PSA that you are interested in what they are trying to do.
You could start by telling them a little about your goals, you may find that their are some you have in common.
Finding out and talking with PSA about their goals can open the lines of communication.
Knowing their goals helps you to help them.
Hope this helps.

PSA's are willing to listen to us if we show that we understand success. We must have a plan to show them how they can be successful. Many times, sponsors "push" their affiliates to buy buy buy in order for the sponsor to receive his/her commission.

If we show the PSA how they can start earning commission and become successful, we'll be in a much better position. Start off by telling your PSA's that you are going to help them become financially successful and guarantee it...

As new PSA's I will assume You have acquired already the PSA's and in this case there are two Cases:
Case 1: Your PSA's are acquired From your Scouting and marketing efforts(Face to Face marketing)

Case 2: Your PSA's are worn on Pricebenders auction Or bought via tripleclicks or on-the-net marketing

You will agree that both categories are PSA's but are quite different because in Case 1 your PSA'a have seen you physically while in case 2 you have never met Your PSA's

Case

I use the stream post to find out information from my PSA's and CSA's for instance today I asked them to give me one way to get 1500 VP's the fastest. That way it gets them to look up information and learn and I also know who is doing their daily activities. So you could also each time you post ask them to write one of their goals, that way it is a team activity which helps increase the momentum of the team, but you as the team leader get to know all of their goals and then you will be able to

This is a great question and I am glad that you asked it.

Here is what I do:

Ask a simple but direct question without being to nosey. So you can try:

"Hi my name is ____and I am your Sponsor.

I have found setting goals to be a really useful and also a very helpful technique.

For example, one of my weekly goals is to contact my team and offer to help them on a regular basis.

Goals don't have to be too hard or too challenging.

The new members must first talk about the living conditions, financial situation, what is the purpose for which they work? What do you want to get income by the company over a long period of time? Contact should be assured that they know how many hours a week to work at the company? What ideas are related to income? How much money you want to earn per month? If he does tell you the income calculator to calculate approximately how much salary they can expect.
Of course, we tell them to get more

Hi,

A very Important question. First and most important is to make your new PSA comfortable with SFI Program. They should know what SFI is all about and what he or she has to do to make it big in here.

You can only set goals to your PSAs, once they know what they have to achieve. Don't load them with goals once they join SFI. You will have to initially build a good rapport with them and make them understand the benefits of SFI.

Once they are confident about the business

A new PSA should be advised to set goals with perfect understanding on how to realise them. It's not just about setting goals, but the achievement is also important: so set realistic goals.

However, a new PSA should be advised that when a goal is set, then work will be set in motion, inactivity will be eliminated, and proper and profitable reasoning will be put to play. So, he/she should set a goal so as not to get tired or be indolent on SFI.

A new PSA should outline or draw

I recommend introducing yourself on a friendly level first. Keep it simple, and offer your assistance. First impressions are definitely important. Share YOUR goals first and see if your PSA reciprocates with theirs. I believe you must first establish some sort of common friendship, on a trust level, to get the most out of sponsoring. If all we send our PSA's is textbook answers, it doesn't really create the kind of relationship that is beneficial to the PSA in regards to them responding. It sounds

What's the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them?

If you can get them to interact with you... :D

I think once you start communicating with your PSA (and they with you), it is just a matter of asking. The hardest part is getting PSAs to respond to you.

It's important to develop a relationship, learn a little about each other (your experience with internet marketing, your strengths and weaknesses in advertising, etc) as well
