Well, I'm in...

First of all, I think ... And this is what I do.... We should intent to be a very good friend of our members. We can do this through comunications... E-mails, conferences, telephone... Etc...

And now.... You can start approaching him, and ask what goals he have.

Ask him why. Maybe you wil find members, persons who don't have any goals. Help them, inspire them. Be an example for them.

Teach, and show them what goals you have, why you have

The new PSAs know only a little about SFI..We must approach them patiently to answer all their questions..First,goals can be set to know about SFI.. Once they finish learning the basics, launchpad and compensation plans other goals have to be set up for them...

The next goal is set so that they start to get atleast a little and this proves to them that SFI is a real deal and this can be done by setting their goal to be an EA.. Then we can set their goal to reach EA2..

Then comes

The best approach to a new PSA when it comes to goals is to pin point there interests. Find out why your PSA joined SFI and what drives them. It helps to know their hobbies and a little about their domestic life. What extracurricular activities are they involved in? Find out about their source of income.

Once you've profiled your PSA appropriately then you are ready to began a discussion on what do you expect from SFI? How much money do you plan on making? How much would you invest

Hello everyone,

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw GOALS tab, it will help to keep our target in front of our eyes.

First initial contact is most important with new PSA, they need to understand that this is not "Get rich quickly scheme" and that they need to have patience.

You should share your goals with them, maybe they get an idea about theirs.

We are here to earn money, so our goal and new PSA's must be objectively projected future income.

A very key question in the process of duplication. To ensure you are doing perfect duplication, you must ensure you are well aware of your PSA's goals. Some points to help you figure out your PSA's goals

1. Discuss about present financial conditions and his background

2. Talk about his strengths in marketing. Whether it is sponsoring/sales

3. Ask about his desire of income and must ensure the time and money he can invest to build his business.

4. After

This could be done with reached good communication and confidence between two. Without any pushing or similar.

You have to be a good sponsor or co-sponsor, with well setted, written down and following your goals first; to be able discussing and helping in this direction.

Through your Team mails and Stream messages you can show and write about the importance of setting and writing down our goals, about the importance of this for every serious business etc.

SFI is

Remember Google Adwords expert Perry Marshall said "Nobody who bought a drill actually wanted a drill ... They wanted a hole. Therefore, if you want to sell drills, you should advertise information about making holes - NOT information about drills!"

What's the point? Determine their ultimate goal, and their potential to achieve this goal.

Follow "easier" part of the job - to educate them about the prospects, do not sell them right away.

This is a very good question.

First I explain to them that they chose their goals when they started.
Then I explain what my goals were when I started just to get the conversation or email started.
IE: I wanted to get out of debt and have 3000 dollars a month, and become a STL earlier than I will be. So I have revised my goals as well.
Then I explain it is okay to change your goals if you choose too. They are not written in stone.
Some psa’s want more money,

A goal is a dream with a deadline and in everything the ends well defined are the secret of durable success.

To discuss goals with a new PSA the best approach would be to start as a caring friend who wants the best for.

Ask the the main reason why they decided to join SFI.
With this information, you start talking about their goals.
What they really expect; including how much they expect to earn per month, how much time and money they are ready to invest and when do

The best way is to send them an e-mail to their e-mail address or if you don't have one for them, use team mail and invite them to chat. Just ask them what they want to get from SFI, and what kinds of things interest them the most. Direct them to the goals page and ask them to answer honestly on the questions. Remind them that setting goals is important because it helps them to stay on track.

If they don't do this right away don't worry about it. They'll be getting this information through
