As a new affiliate, one should focus more on understanding what SFI is all about.
Your first and most important investment will be your time. You have to invest some time everyday to check out your SFI business; go through your to-do list everyday, do your launch pad,understand the basics of SFI.

In the following month, an affiliate should be ready to put some money into their business. Depending on your preferences, an affiliate can invest in either a 125 T-Credit pack or subscribe to IAHBE for their 1500 VP to say EA.
I recommend every affiliate should invest in at least an S-builder pack to help them build a strong team because most of the money you make is from your team.

As you begin to take action toward the fulfillment of your goals and dreams, you must realize that not every action will be perfect. Not every action will produce the desired result. Not every action will work. Making mistakes, getting it almost right, and experimenting to see what happens are all part of the process of eventually getting it right.

I believe communicating regularly with your team is the best way to build a strong team.
Conference calling is really helpful because you can easily communicate your enthusiasm and passion to your team in a way that cannot be match by any other and you can easily build a stronger relationship with your team members.

My favorite conference caller is Skype. It is also about the most popular caller and almost everyone has it. So when you contact your affiliate for the first time you can ask for their Skype id and communicate more. You can create your own team group on skype and add your your affiliate to make contacting them easier. You can send instant messages to all your team members from here and schedule a conference call every now and then.

To discuss goals with a new PSA the best approach would be to start as a caring friend who wants the best for.

Ask the the main reason why they decided to join SFI.
With this information, you start talking about their goals.
What they really expect; including how much they expect to earn per month, how much time and money they are ready to invest and when do they expect to reach their goals.

The new goal tab can help them focus on what to really do achieve their goal in SFI.

Goal setting is really important in becoming successful in SFI and in just about anything else we want to achieve because our plans miscarry when they have no aim. When a person does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind.
It is not enough to take steps which may some day lead to a goal; each step must be itself a goal and a step likewise.

In all things it is important to consider the end results. If the end and the purpose for which we are striving to achieve is big enough no obstacle can deter us from reaching.

It is our goals, the end results we expect that will keep us going in the face of challenges and difficulties.

Without a goal how will you know when you get where you're headed? How will you know even when to celebrate?

Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

To get your downline to participate in your co-op, you need to first of all inform them about the co-op you have set up.

You would have to educate them on how this co-op will be essential to them.
Send them a team mail and show them what building a team means to their business and their success with SFI.

You can also give away free slots in your co-op to active affiliate in contests and so on and after they have enjoyed the benefits of a co-op you can invite to buy slots the next time you set one up.
