If your downliners are as serious as you are in building their own business and are looking for ways THAN they will surely use your co-op solution and will work with you to see their own success.

I am sure you may have presented this option to them already and it is just to wait and see if they are serious enough to consider taking your offer. I personally believe your offer is good for your downliners.... give them another reminder!

Hope you will get a good response soon and

When my sponsor was working on setting up an advertising co-op, I wanted to know how much experience he had in dealing with different ad sites, what kind of ad sites he would be using. Were the sign-ups being paid to join, just click, or joining just by catching their attention? What countries were targeted, age groups, etc. And the cost and how soon he expected to see results.

These are the things that an affiliate wants to know before he buys a share of a co-op. This should be in the

If you want your members to participate in a co-op, you would obviously need
to convince them first about the efficacy of your proposed advertising.
Write to them via Team-Mail, individually or using the Genealogy window and
explain to them about HOW you are going to advertise & whether your results
justify the expense involved. Tell them honestly what they should expect.

Personally, i created a FREE [ actually, with expenses out of my pocket but
not charged

Before inviting your downline in setting up an Ad Coop, you may want to explain to them first the why. A new affiliate may not fully grasp the benefits of having an Ad Coop, but it is still important to explain why you would like them to get involved in setting up an Ad Coop. The Compensation plan is a good motivation for this, and it is of great significance to your movers, if they will participate. Building a network of affiliates is one of the most important components of Duplication.

The only way I know how to guarantee that affiliates on my team will participate in a co-op with me is if I add them to the co-op for free.

I run two co-ops now because I am just getting started and I am learning as many other affiliates are that it is not easy getting signups. I would be embarrassed if I charged someone to join a co-op I formed at this point because I do not have the volume of signups I have come to expect from the co-ops already available on TripleClicks.

There are 2 ways to get your downline to participate Free or Paid one:

1) Give away your leads are either source from S-Builder /PSAs from winning a auction or purchase somewhere from other advertising company like pay per clicks...Your downline will be happy to get Free PSAs and will remain their EA's ranking as they get Free PSAs monthly and support from their upline. As your downline remain EA ranking you just add their SFI ID # in your Co-op Team Manager to receive your Free Leads.

2)

You can't make your down line participate in your co-op. You can show them the benefits of participating. Explain in detail how the shares are assigned. Help them if they decide to participate by supporting their new PSAs as if they were your own.

For those that resist, support them in other ways and continue to keep the lines of communication open. Never stop supporting your down line just because of their indecision or inactivity. Sooner or later you may win them over or they

First you tell them about your intensions. You should sound enthusiastic to get them enthusiastic tell them what is all involved, their bennifit and cost involved make it interesting, state it clear who will do the work and the first one to react will bennefit, maybe at a better price per share. This is a learning school for them as well for their downline in the future

Personally, I have benefited from activating partnerships to win many of my team members through co-op,I think that your team members can benefit from these partnerships when you Reassign affiliates to them

1- Learn your team members about co-op,
2- Let them know about S-Builder units at TripleClicks
3- Help them to activate it

Shared success together
