4. Work with the workers to help them achieve their financial goals.

5. Set up several co-ops to recruit for your network.

6. Teach them to do exactly what you have done!

It is easy for a new PSA to get overwhelmed by all the materials to read especially when one does not have the habit of reading. Based on my own experience, I think the best tip for a new PSA is a step-by-step guide for her to do on a daily basis. Work with her. Send her a short reminder daily.

1st, inform her that on her first 24-hours she can gain an additional 200 VersaPoints when she can reach 500VPs by simply logging in her Homepage and click on the “START” Button and read one Lauchpad to get started. With this she will earn the badge for “Fast Track to Wall of Fame”

On the 2nd day, remind her/him on the daily tasks; then go through with her the SFI Basics. Then let her know that it is best to read the Launchpad one at a time as it is given daily so that each Launchpad is understood fully. At this point, I would like to share with her/him a reminder list for a daily task, at least for her 1st 30 days:

1. Visit your Homepage daily, do your To-do-List
2. Read the Launchpad one at a time so it can be understood fully
3. Keep your VersaPoints about green line, a few VPs above will do, this will keep
you as contender for 365 CHAMPIONSHIP.
4. Review your checklist on your “My Account” Tab and complete the following:
a. "My Account" Info
b. "My Profile" – upload Picture, its nice to see your beautiful face
c. "My Upline"
5. Review with her/him the “Affiliate Agreement”, this will help her/him understand her/his participation in SFI and keep her/him well informed.

We know very well, that is seldom for the sponsor to receive communication from our PSAs, much more when they are new. However, I believe sending to PSA a message with the above list of TIPS, aside from our Welcome Letter, will give the PSA the ideas on what to do and immediately he/she will feel that there is someone who is concern for him/her.

It is better to keep a positive approach and try new thing everyday than not to try at all.

Hello All,

For me, the best advice I could give my new PSA are the following:

Click on the Gray Start button at the top right of the page. This will show you how to get Started.

Click on the Blue Basic button at the top right of the page. This is your Guide to follow to be able to earn an income.

Click on the Green Launch Pad button at the top right of the page. This is going to give you a break-down and a description about SFI and Tripleclicks to help you get started.

Then I mention, if you are still excited, then please check out the Training @ https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining

I also mention, don't rush to earn all of the Versa Points within the first month.

Try to only earn the 1500 VP's to earn Executive Affiliate status. Take the rest of the month to learn as much as you can about how SFI and Tripleclicks all work together to help you build a business.

I mention that by saving the remaining one-time Action VP's for the next month, will benefit more to help you to be able to gain Executive Affiliate status much easier or maybe even an higher rank next month.

I also mention to try to Read, Read, and Read all you can within SFI, there are the Training Tools, the Forum and Ask SC.

I then mention that I know that this might seem a bit overwhelming, but if you take your time, there is no rush, you will be ok.

We should all be able to answer this because it should be the first thing on our mind when we get our new recruit notification.

I tell all my new recruits to go at a pace that is comfortable to them. Don't rush after those Versapoints to achieve BTL when they have no team to lead. VP are like gold dust and treat them as such. They should be aiming for their Fast-Track to get those valuable bonus VP because, as I mentioned before, VP are like gold dust here. Once they've achieved EA status, they can learn the business in a relaxed manner without worrying about anything else.

I advise them to aim towards EA status by the end of the first month. in month 2, they should think about purchasing a standing order to maintain their EA status and thus keeping any CSAs they accumulate. They can now concentrate on building there business by implementing all the tools they've acquired through, Start, SFI Basics, Launchpad and Internet Income Training.

Month 1: Attain EA Rank and use all the training facilities. Start applying the methods learned immediately but not at the cost of training.

Month 2: Purchase a standing order of 1500 VersaPoints and begin to implement all the tools they've acquired so far in recruiting and promoting sales.

A very important fact to make new recruits aware of is this:
You only have to look to the top of the leader-boards to know that SFI really works but you have to put in the hours and it doesn't happen overnight. Invest a little money as you begin to accumulate it and you will see your income grow even further.

In a nutshell, this is what I first make new recruits aware of.

The first thing that you don't want your new PSA to miss is their opportunity to be a fast tracker. This only comes within the first 24 hours after joining SFI. Being a fast tracker has a mutual benefits to your new PSA and to you as sponsor.

The next thing that they should know immediately are the sources of earnings in SFI. This is very important because that is their main purpose of joining. Of course you can point them to the compensation plan BUT you must be able to explain in their level of understanding, because many are overwhelmed with the information found in SFI website.

The third and the last they should know how SFI's business model works. The basic in the business model is, all earnings come from sales except for the SFIPPA. This means, if there is no sales there will be no earnings.

However SFI system made it possible that everyone who also want to earn from SFI will buy eagerly and voluntarily. This is the magic of SFI. At the end your net earning will be your revenue from different sale related income less your own purchases.

These are the three things that I always share to my new PSA to keep them interested and start their SFI business with out false hope.

5)Do the weekly action and earn 38VP
30VP- send message to PSAs using Genealogy mailer
5VP- For reviewing your T-Connect page
3VP- For submitting a 3 Stream post a week

7)Visit the forum and ASK : there is a wealth of information in those two places.

To get started i would ask my PSA to go through SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD which they can find on Top Right corner of Affiliate center.
Versapoint (or VP) - They determine your country, class and power rank. The points you earn for doing these actions accumulate, you increase your payouts and perks.
One very important suggestion for PSA is that score 500 VPs within first 24 Hrs of sign up and for scoring that they will get extra 200 VP with a fast track Badge.PSAs can also score Versapoints(VPs) from the TO-DO LIST Tab on the middle of the Affiliate Center. the TO-DO LIST Tab can be found out along with other tabs, for example, Alerts, TO-DO List, Tips, Stream, Tripleclicks, Scoreboard, A2A, Movers, Growth, Goals, ASK SC and Win It.
You will get 11 VPs daily on visiting all these tabs and clicking on the icon I HAVE REVIEWED THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE blue button at the bottom of the page under every red tab.
And you need to score 1500 VP to be an Executive affiliate and being an EA provides you with many benefits and Perks which can be tracked in https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart

The first tip I give to my new PSAs is to not start too fast. Many new affiliates see the to-do list, and think it's a race to earn as many VP as possible, as fast as possible.

It isn't.

Many of the one-time actions are things that need to be worked through slowly, taking time to read and absorb the information. If you just speed read them, and then claim the VP, you are likely to miss out on important training.

I'm not suggesting that new affiliates shouldn't aim for the fast track bonus. That's quite easily achieved by doing the getting started actions that have a high VP value, and doesn't require rushing through the material. It's also, as many people have said in response to another question, something you only get one chance to achieve. However, once you have achieved that, I think it's important to slow down, take your time reading through the early training materials, and take plenty of breaks from SFI to allow yourself time to absorb the information.

That's the advice I give to my new PSAs. SFI is a real business, not a get-rich-quick scheme, and time taken to learn about the business early on will stand you in good stead later when it comes to building and supporting a team.

The first place I send my PSAs when they get started is to Gery's video on the start page. This explains SFI in the most basic form.

After the video on the start page, I tell my affiliates to read the SFI Basics page, then do their first Launchpad lesson.

After these things are done, I encourage my PSAs to check their To-Do List. I walk them through the daily actions visiting each of the tabs on the homepage, then encourage them to do the first few things on the Getting Started Actions section. If they can get 500 VP to earn their FastTrack badge, I tell them they are doing a great job!

Finally, I suggest that they go back and watch the start video again, then read through the SFI Basics again. This helps things to start falling into place.

Then I always tell them they can take a break for the day, try to digest what they've learned today, and be sure to come back the following day to work on their To-Do List again.
