I would give my own example. I joined SFI thrice. First two times I learnt a lot but due to bad sponsor, I had no guidance. The second reason was scarcity of funds. In fact you wont earn any thing worth while till 6 months have passed & you do not have some 3-4 Executive Affiliates under you.

First time I could enroll about 300 Affiliates but only one was EA. My monthly income never exceeded than dollars 4 or 5. But I I continued. I had to discontinue when my Credit Card was out of funds.

Now again I joined & now I have 2 EAs & one one BTL under me. My monthly income is more than my subscription of dollars 29,95.

The best way is to contact your Affiliates who become dormant that they need not quit. They are not failure till they quit. A man can fail many times, but he is not a failure till he gives up.

The second thing I would do & have started doing is to promote their link free of cost to get them some affiliates so that they do not lose heart & patience.

In extreme case upgrade your movers & help them till they stand on their own feet. This would we a great help for you in the long run/

Its rightly said SFI is not a 100 meters sprint race, its a marathon. You need to win the marathon.

Hope my answer helps all those who are looking for an answer for this question. To start off, just visit your Genealogy page and see all you Inactive Affiliates and I am sure there wouldn't be anyone who doesn't have inactive affiliates in their team. you will have to mail separately depending upon their activity

1. Affiliates with 0 Total VPs and hardly one or two days active from the date of join.

These Affiliates are those who doesn't know anything about SFI. You can see most of our affiliates in this category. Mail them with the benefits of joining SFI and what are the prospects of earning in SFI. I am not saying that everyone will come back after seeing your mails but there might be some chances of people returning back.

2. Affiliates with certain VPS and active for certain period of time.

These affiliates knows about SFI and might have left for a specific reason. Try and find out the reason for the leaving. The reason might be personal or even lack of knowledge of SFI Program. Whatever it is, try and resolve the issue for them and you would definitely see them coming back to the business.

Like one smart business person once said: " All you can do is all you can do, but all you can do is enough"

The best thing we can do to encourage our dormant affiliates is to send team messages where we talk about team contests, praise our successful affiliates, explain benefits of certain aspects of our business.

For many months, I was not active myself, but regular team messages from my co-sponsor kept reminding me about SFI, so at some point I have decided to give it another shot. This is real proof that regular communication even one way still has a chance to work over extended period of time!

I want to emphasize that team mail is a much better tool that one on one messages, since team mail goes into our affiliates personal e-mails vs messages that go only into their SFI inbox.
