Here is my answer to your question. It may not be what you want, but this is my opinion.

First, I believe there is no one best way of encouraging your inactive affiliates. Creativity may be the key here.

So many affiliates just join and then don't even bother to confirm their Email address, or if they do confirm, that's as far as they go. I do believe that sending a welcome message may help, but many times I do not get a response. Other affiliates start out but get discouraged

Hi Juliet,

Dormant affiliates! Yes don’t we all have them? At least they are just dormant and did not yet opt-out.

Obviously each one of our dormant team members will have different reason why they are not active. But first we must differentiate between levels of in-activity.

I am sure you have also experienced the sign-up that did absolutely nothing from their join date and still just sits at zero VersaPoints. The reasons why they joined are questionable.

Send them a personalised email (with their name at the top).
This shows them that they have NOT been ignored or forgotten, as this is one of the reasons that they may have become inactive.

Then remind them of all the possible advantages of their staying active.
This will certainly re-activate a number of them at least.

You have to make contact with his/her sponsor and find out if there is any connection and what he or she thinks is the best way to get them active again, two heads is better than one.

This way a best strategy can be formulated, and executed.

This also helps you to build better connections within SFI, which is beneficial to you over the longer term.

If you are the sponsor, sometimes it is better for the co-sponsor to follow up as different people communicate differently,

I would like to say that “No one makes money without effort.

First we should know the reason why they became inactive, Possible Causes may be
1-He is confused how to start with after joining SFI
2-He had completed one month and got only few cents
3-Had not used skilled provided by SFI
4-Upline become inactive and opted out which discourages
How to motivate them to become active again
1-As you get notification that and affiliates (PSA/CSA) has joined,

I joined SFI in April 2013. Or should I say I re-joined.
I joined the first time back in 2006 and I was overwhelmed, I felt lost and noone was contacting me. I decided to just give up.
While surfing I came across SFI again and decided that I was going to get back on board and do whatever it takes to stay active this time around.

So to try and answer your question,
I think that sending messages that offer help and direction are the best way to try and encourage someone

There are a lot of different things you can do to encourage dormant affiliates to be active again. The best approach depends on who they are (PSA, CSA, or another generation) and if they actually learned anything when they first started.

For PSAs and CSAs, you can contact them personally by email. This is the best way to communicate with someone, and if you can get their attention, you might be able to give them more information about SFI. Let's face it - there are a lot of people who

The best way to encourage affiliates who have become dormant is
1.send them an email and ask for their reason of giving up
with SFI.
2.Giving them a background about SFI
3.Telling them more about their teammates who have succeded with
SFI
4.Telling them more about lucrative commissions that they can earn
through SFI rather than stopping with SFI
5.Telling them that most of the time they are using are not productive
and they can use this time to build

As for my personal experience, I never give up sending them follow up emails even though they are not responding. This is our job, our business. We really need to be patient enough because in order to grow our business we need to work hard for it. And part of it is a never ending follow up with your team.
