The best way to use Gift Certificate to inspire and motivate your affiliate is to issue it at the perfect time. Usually, I keep a good amount of money in my Gift Certificate manager and wait for the perfect time to inspire them. Check out the points below to use your GC with maximum benefit.

1. Check your Genereology regularly to know which affiliates are working fine. At some point you will find few affiliates working very hard are not able to make to EA2 for certain payment issue or some other problem. In that point lending your hand with a Gift Certificate to make them EA2 is the best option i would say to keep him motivated. This has really worked for me.

2. Rewards program is one of the best way to keep your down line motivated. Instead of keeping rewards like PSA reassignment or TCredits, i feel Gift Certificate is a great option to reward. Because this gives them the freedom to do shopping with their will and most of the affiliates love it.

3. Many of our affiliates play in auction and loose a lot of TCredits. In such cases they became frustrate and feel like never participating in auction again. Issue of an Gift Certificate at this moment will certainly keep him motivated and can really bring a huge difference to his activities.

I'm using TC Gift Certificates in a monthly contest to motivate my affiliates, and indeed, anyone else in my downline.

Giving them a chance to win something for their efforts is always a great motivational too.

There are different ways to do that in contests, which could include number of affiliates sponsored, number of VP earned, or their rank achieved in a given month.

The very best way to inspire and motivate someone is to know what they want, help them find a few ways to get it, then reward them for accomplishing that. The challenge is to find out what they really want.

For example: One of your affiliates wants to know how they can significantly increase their check next month. You ask what they will do with that money? (Money is rarely a motivator. What the money will do for them will keep them doing what it takes to earn it.) So you discuss ways of increasing their TripleClick sales this month. 1) Create an advertising campaign to attract new TripleClick members. 2) Send weekly emails to your PSAs and CSAs featuring TripleClick products that they would be interested in. 3) Help the affiliate (if needed) set up their TConnect page with products for a specific niche and help them find ways to advertise their TConnect page to that niche.

In this example, you know what they want--to significantly increase next month's check so they can get, do, or have something. Set the goal. The goal will be met when the income from commissions is equal or more than the cost of what they want, over the commissions from last month. (They can see their progress on their Scoreboard.) You have helped them find 3 ways to increase commissions.

At this point, you can just let them go ahead and do it. However, if you really want to see them reach that goal, set up a weekly, if not daily or twice weekly, accountability call. In that call you discuss what they have done and what results they have obtained. You stay positive and then encourage, support, inspire, and motivate them. Be excited for their progress. Analyze with them, if they are not where they want to be, and help them find ideas how tthey can do better.

Help them to recall how they will feel when they get what the money will provide. You may have to help them tweak their plan, or even discard the plan and create a new one. Once a goal is set; it must be me, though the goal may need to be revised. That is okay. It may have been too difficult or too easy for the skills and knowledge of your affiliate. If you revise the goal, you may want to revise the amount of the TripleClicks Gift Certificate.

Another way to reinforce the motivation, is to find out what the affiliate will do with the TripleClicks Gift Certificate. Perhaps they will use it to help their team members, or get a gift for someone special, or even treat themself for accomplishing their goal. When you are coaching them, help them remember why they want to win that TC gift certificate from you.

Do you have a worker in your team that is trying really hard but not quite making it to the EA level? Reward them too! They are here because they want to be successful and the effort they put in should be given due credit, whether they are making it to the next level or not. Encourage them and reward them whenever possible. A gift certificate helps them with their VP when they use it to purchase from Tripleclicks and could mean the difference in them qualifying for EA before the end of the month.

First of all we have to plan our budget in this regard. And then apply it to our affiliates as follows:

1. Offer at least $1 GC to selective affiliates, guiding them how to utilize it. For example, asking them to buy a specific ebook, which should give them more info & motivation. Plus tell them how many vps/mrp they will get buying it.

2. Not all of them will respond. So your $1 will be returned back within the selected time. Now you will get some movers who responded and utilized your GC accordingly. Work with movers and reward them more and more within your budget until they are up and running by themselves.

3. Then select another new affiliates and carry on above steps.

Be patient and never give up. Within a few months you will find how beneficial it is within your budget.

I use the gift certificates to build my SFI business!

Apart from welcoming tire-kicking affiliates to my team with a token of gift certificates, I use the gift certificates to call in fence sitters and others that are likely to give up on the business opportunity by setting contests for them. I either let everyone winning participant have a little share of the prize or rarely just make it big for just one winner. It just depends on the kind of contest. Ok, lets take a look at this simple illustration: "Everyone who makes EA will get $XX.XX GC from me" or "Sponsor the most PSAs this month and get $XX.XX GC". Clear right? I hope so! :)

I also sometimes award gift certificates to my affiliates for their achievements like recruiting, becoming EA or TL or other achievements too to make them know you like what they are doing.

It is my experience that many members sign up and start working, but some stop working after a short period of time or less performance. These members shall be inspire to motivate more power to work. This is the motivation for a variety of ways: writing letters to members, talking to him on Skype. Once again, tell him that the SFI is a great company where you can get unlimited income, who normally works, and even win money and points on a daily grant.

New ad text shown him, recommending him to other advertising sites than you already have, and forums where you can advertise your company. We tell him that many products can be used for advertising on the side of Tripleclick - postcards, advertising space - which can be purchased, guaranteed or even new members can be assigned to Tripleclick / Business site.

The most effective motivational method in my opinion is to get a tangible gift you can use to buy or auction site. This Gift Card, which every member is happy and prefer to work with you to see that the sponsor cares about her work and the reward. You may also donate more TCreditet, which can bid on and win valuable items and new PSA, CSA members can win the auction for whom the work are compensated.

The best way that I use TripleClicks gift certificates to inspire and motivate my team mates is by setting up contests on my Leadership page and then urging my team mates to go sign up. I remind them every time I write them a newsletter, comment in the stream and any personal emails I may send out. I find that the gift certificates help to motivate my team mates to purchase from our store instead of spending the money elsewhere on the web. The gift certificates also motivate some of my team mates to actually check out the TripleClicks store since they have won 'free money'. Occasionally, I reward a team mate with a gift certificate for a HUGE action they have completed; such as, adding 4 or more PSAs to our team and/or adding more than 2 ECAs in a month.

In whatever we do here at SFI, specially spending or we call it investment, we should be able to see its connection to our goal in joining SFI which is "Income".

There should be a potential returns when we give away gift certificates, you should count it as part of your investment.

Therefore, for me, I only give gift certificate to those who have the capacity and ability to move forward in their SFI business.

Here are some qualities of person who have potential to move forward in his SFI business.
1. He is logging-in daily and earn his VP.
2. He is able to recruit at at least 5 PSA.
3. He has bought anything online before, even if it was not from TripleClicks.

I hope you wont be wasting your limited resources on people that are far from being a potentially successful SFI affiliates.

What I have stated is from the business point of you. But do not discount people who are your friends and relatives hehehehe you can always give them gift certificates as you usually do with any kind of gift.

From my point of view, here are the best examples that you might award TripleClicks Gift Certificates for deserving PSAs or CSAs

1. If some of your EA/EA2 (having a down line with 1 PSA who building 2 or 3 more Team Leaders and this PSA is continuously perform duplication), but your EA/EA2 is unlucky to get additional 4 serious PSAs, therefore a TripleClicks Gift Certificate is best reward for his effort which he can also used as gift to his outshine PSA like TCredits.

2. If some of your EA/EA2 maintaining monthly rank by having Standing Order for 2, 3 or more than 4 months, because of still no serious PSAs in his down line, therefore a TripleClicks Gift Certificate is best reward for him so that he can used also to purchase S-Builder Coop or any Coop from ECAs.

3.
