How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for asking this question as it corresponds to what I do right now and I'd like to share my experience.

From day 1, so to say, I treat my CSAs as if they were my PSAs and I communicate with them on a regular basis. What I share with them is not always information regarding ins and outs of SFI, but I also suggest actions to be taken to make their life as SFI affiliates easier.

Using my "Genealogy" tab, filtering options and CSA Mailer,

Hi

I give them information that they need to know...it has no interfere with their sponsor...

there's no diffrence between sponsors and Co-sponsors...when an affiliate do right things, both sponsonr and co-sponsor of that affiliate would profit...

sometimes a sponsor is not a good Team Leader....

So,personally i give my CSAs every things and every information that would help them make their business...

What is important to note here is this: Whether they are a PSA or CSA, they are still Your Sponsored Affiliate.

It matters not if they are co-sponsored or personally sponsored. What matters is that both groups receive praise and training. An awesome sponsor will edify and train both groups as one in the same.

And as some of you may be currently experiencing, some Sponsors do not send information to their downlines. So everything done on your part helps. Remember too, we all

I think the better question is not "how much info," but more-so "what type of info." When I get a new CSA, I always check to see if they are newbies or if they are Second Home CSA's. This is VERY important information because it determines the type of responses you should give.

For a newbie, I would introduce myself as their new CSA and let them know taht I am not here to replace their current sponsor, but rather I'd like to share assistance with them whenever they

First of all … please forgive my english… I already made spellcheck, but…

Second … please read all. It´s a very large message, but I think that contains very important things.

Well, it turns out that this question … yes ... I can give a good answer, from my own experience!

I do not carry much in SFI, but I have a 50PSAs and over 100CSAsr. Also, frankly, the gains come from the CSA

I think of sponsorship the same way as any other business would. If I was a Nascar driver, I would need a ton of companies investing in my success and supporting me along the way. The same should go for any member of SFI you are connected to, whether PSA, CSA, upline, or a2a. We should be in this business together and available and willing to support each other.

As a sponsor, regardless of our connection to the member, we should be willing to provide support, assistance, guidance, and

This is a good valuable question which generally comes to mind that which is most important to me, my PSA or CSA. Thanks to Mr. Michael for raising this point to make everyone aware about this.

I am new to SFI and this is the first time to me I joined any kind of business and I feel that a lot of expertise has already given the better answer and I am just trying to put what I feel.

“How much information do you send your CSA” is giving me a feeling that

Dear friends,

As English is not my mother tongue hence please ignore the spelling and grammatical errors and try to get the essence of the matter.

I normally welcome & treat all my CSAs just like i do with my PSAs because i consider them equally important for my business.

I have developed a habit of sending 1-2 Team-Mails daily and I send them to everyone giving the similar information which has helped me in growing my business.

If required, I personally

This is one question that was also on my mind.

I feel that you should make initial contact with a CSA when they are assigned to you, so that they know who you are and it also will show that they have someone else to contact if needed.

After that I always include CSA's an any team messages that I send out after all everyone will play an important part in building your team, every little helps.
