I personally don't find any difference between PSA/CSA. I welcome both equally in my welcome letter & gives common tips. I prefer to send group mailer to CSA/PSA both (Team mail) as follows:

You can refer your family members /friends with specific URL's of individual products. Share information about Tripleclicks products through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social networking sites you visit.

SFI has made it easy for us to use the given text ads as your signature, to promotes SFI/Tripleclicks through your e-mail. You can send TC E- Cards, TC X- Cards or TC Gift Cards to friends, family members, co- workers, associates etc.

For each purchase / sales you also earn valuable Versa Points / Member Reward Points.

CSAs are as important as your PSAs.

CSAs are usually the first affiliates that make you a team leader and they will be assigned to you as you grow in your business.
As a team leader, you benefit from CSAs as well, and not just from PSAs

Also CSAs may not get sufficient support from their own Sponsors for some reason so your support as a Co-Sponsor will be beneficial to CSAs.

Therefore, give them all the information and all support as you would for your PSAs.

I don't discriminate between CSAs and PSAs, in fact I've had requests for help from affiliates who aren't even part of my downline. I will provide help to anyone who asks because I found it frustrating to send emails to my sponsor and never receive a response.

I am a silver team leader and even suggesting to my sponsor that I may opt-out didn't trigger a response.

People learn by example so if an affiliate has no contact with it's up-line then they too will make poor sponsors.

What goes around comes around! Treat everyone as a PSA and you'll be rewarded.

I try not to overwhelm my CSAs, but i treat them like my PSAs.

First i welcome them to my team.
If they are new to SFI i try to explane them how to start this awesome online business.
I send them short and comprehensive text weekly, letting them know, that i'm here to answer any question about SFI.
Of course, Sponsor is like the father, but co-sponsor is like the godfather.
So i try to help them if they need.
CSAs that seems to be interested (good amount of VPs) are noticed separately more often.

In the first place, CSA's are affiliates assigned to you and therefore as a team leader, it is your responsibility to provide them with enough information to whip up their interest in SFI.

In this program, there is nothing like too much information because the more information your CSA's have about SFI, the better it is for them in their becoming successful in their business.

Managing CSA's is a shared responsibility as an affiliate and thus do not let their sponsor takes care of them. The sponsor will not only benefit should these CSA's become active and start purchasing products from tripleclicks.

I send my CSAs the same information I send to my PSAs.

I had a great sponsor, and then got reassigned to a sponsor who has never contacted me. My co-sponsor, though, has been a lifesaver and is always there when I need him. Shouldn't I give that back to my CSAs?

I have no idea what other help they are getting from their upline, and besides, I made a commitment to them when I accepted them as my CSAs.

Firstly a great and very valid question.
Well in my welcome letter to my new affiliates I never differentiate between a PSA and a CSA. Every affiliate must be treated equally with the same will to help them succeed.

When I started in SFI, my sponsor or co sponsor hardly came in touch with me ever and that felt as if I was all alone with no one to guide me around. I decided that this will never happen to any of my down line and since then I have tried to be available always for my affiliates. This not only has boosted the morale of my PSA's but more so of my CSA's who were not been given enough attention by their own sponsors.

If the CSA is not progressing past where he was when he was given to me, I try give him exact instructions on where is he/she falling behind which I do by answering some of his unasked questions. Sponsors can do this via group mail. And then answer them individually if they write back to you.

To me there is no difference between PSAs and CSAs; they are all my team members and I treat them equally. I keep in mind that my PSAs have co-sponsors and that my CSAs have sponsors. We, together as their up-line have a responsibility to help and guide them, just as we need help and guidance from our up line. I appreciate any contact from my up-line as it makes me feel part of the team and I have never felt overwhelmed by it at all.

Your CSA's are as an important part of your business as PSA's. Your CSA's contribute to your earnings and success therefore are ENTITLED to your support.

Additionally you do not know what support your CSA's are or are not receiving from their Sponsor. Never make assumptions they are receiving what they need from their primary sources. And as their assigned Co-Sponsor YOU are one of their primary sources.

In regards to communication with CSA's i take a 3 step approach:
1. Include CSA's with your weekly newsletters, they can benefit from information about the rest of your team also.
2. Once a week i send out a newsletter specifically targeted for CSA's only. This is sent out a few days after the Group newsletter, and i sign as Co-Sponsor.
3. Interact with every CSA you receive communication from, they may be seeking help they are not receiving from other sources and if they acheive results it is helping build YOUR business.

In regards to newsletters, keep them short. Target in each newsletter just one piece of information about a tool or action that helps build results. You are better to send out multiple newsletters containing just one key point than fewer newsletters containing multiple points. Too many pieces of information in one communication will mean not all pieces of information will receive the same degree of attention.

Providing you only send out communications containing helpful information that can assist someone to acheive their goals then you can not overwhelm someone.

And my key point is that CSA's are entitled to your support just as much as your PSA's.
