How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

This is a Great question!

I like to treat my CSA's equal to my PSA's as they may have lost their Sponsor due to their sponsor being inactive or may have quit. Plus you receive matching VP. They are valuable to your team and they help your business grow. I send all information that I share with my PSA's, as they might have forgotten something and it may be an eye opener for them. Hope this Helps!

Hi Michael,

I can tell you are very sensitive to your affiliates (CSA's) in the way you ask this question. I would say that it is very important characteristic of a leader.Yes we do not want to overwhelm our affiliates.

Very important in any communication with your affiliates is engagement. One kind of message/email that we always want to read are those that are personal. Put a personal touch on message/information so that they will engage in conversation with you and not be

This is a Good Question;

Before I send my first letter to my new CSA's I do the following:

I always check three things when I receive new CSA's:

The first thing I check is the date that they Joined SFI. By doing this I find out if they are new to SFI or if they have been with SFI for a period of time.

If they are New to SFI, then I send them a Welcome Letter and I let them know how they can get started with SFI, I also let them know that I am here to help

I believe you should treat all affiliates the same & communicate with all of them. I say this from experience as my own Sponsor has never once responded to me or made contact since I was assigned to him! Any encouragement I have had has been from myself or from reading the questions here or advice in the forums so my advice is don't assume your downline is communicating with their team, in many cases they aren't!

Someone else may be the Sponsor of the CSAs assigned to you, but the fact that you have been made their Co-Sponsor speaks volumes for their need to have a second person they could look up to for advice, guidance and help.

Very often it so happens that the Sponsors themselves are fairly new and thus not in the best position to offer the kind of guidance an affiliate needs to get started on the way to success. At that time, the Co-Sponsor's extended hand of help could be a blessing to get

CSA’s are our 1st teammates when we attained the Executive Affiliate status. It is with CSA’s that we work and hound our Leadership skill. Hence, I send them information and assistance as much as I can as their leader. On the other hand, the CSA’s receiving information from their co-sponsor can benefit from the encouragement, information, news and valuable tips that they may have missed from their own sponsor.

It is better to have more information and assistance

One thing that I like SFI is because of too much great and motivating information that we can use as guides and learning methods that shared by different successful affiliates, which we can search in ASK SC and Forum.

For me, information is important to deliver especially for new affiliates. But in my case which I have more CSAs than PSAs and all of my CSAs are inactive. Even thought they are all inactive doesn’t mean that I will not sending anymore messages to them but rather I

What really works!

The very first thing I never say is the word "my" as everyone under me, whether
PSA's or CSA's are first and foremost Team Mates and Friends!

The CSA's on the team are in constant contact with me on daily basis and we
treat SFI as a friendship kind of business together as we learn from each other.

I reward good work, and in return they help me to learn what I need to!

With a CSA 5 star rating, They are the world to

This is a great question, one that I viewed differently when I first started. Basically I thought CSA,s where a waste of time, it was hard to get them to buy products from Tripleclicks, and my first 20 or 30 just did nothing, however it was when I received my first CSA who was already an EA who made me see the light, if I start to treat these guys the same as my very own affiliates they will become successful, and so will I. I didn't,t know that I could get Matching VP from them, and these guys

I believe that CSA's should be treated equally to your PSA's. In my own experience, I have had absolutely no contact from my inactive personal sponsor whatsoever. All of my coaching has come from SFI webpages and my Co-Sponsor, who apparently signed up around the same timeframe as myself. What this means is that if my Co-Sponsor leaves me out of his emails and/or contests, I have no support at all. It's certainly food for thought. Maybe you could take the time to ask each individually if they receive
