For the start, and to be able to develop some of your needed qualities for this (in fact has value for every success), let we go for a walk to the roots of our matter first.

1.) The beginning

You need to be WELL CONNECTED WITH OUR NATURE'S LAWS (we could say with GOD'S LAWS).
And there please don't confuse this with any special religion, because all big and wide religions are based and are already hundreds or thousands of years talking about this in a very similar way with their own language and on their own mode.

For being such a person you need to be HONEST to yourself first; from this to the others and to the world in all their shapes. This way you'll find your real, objective position of yourself, which is very important for your future personal progress and developement.
You need to be A GOOD LISTENER, with WIDE and OPEN-MINDED THINKING. With the combination of said above you will develope your FEELINGS to become more and more SENSITIVE, which will help you making as much as possible objective judgements and right decisions on your way.

You need to HAVE DREAMS, you need to SET-UP YOUR GOALS, YOUR WISHES (etc.) IN ONE CLEAR VISION about your life and doing. MAKE YOUR FIRST PLAN here.

2.) Challenge

When you meet a challenge like SFI in our example, you need to be CURIOUS, you need to have a WILLING TO LEARN, to recognize, to know the possibilities of the system as much as possible first, before making any other decisions.
If you find this like something for you, you will be MOTIVATED for upgrading your knowledge regularly without any limits and you'll wish to TRY THIS KNOWLEDGE IN PRACTICE.
When you finally know that this is the right thing for you, you are TAKING THIS CHALLENGE AS YOURS, and from there only the sky is the limit really.

From that moment (when you know what you want), the seguent needed qualities for success don't represent any big problem for you anymore and you could much easier be:

- FOCUSED
- MOTIVATED
- ENTHUSIASTIC
- DISCIPLINED
- SELF-CONFIDENT
- PATIENT
- PASSIONATE
- PERSISTANT
- DETERMINED

Very wishing qualities to need are also: to be COMMUNICATIVE, CREATIVE, ALTRUISTIC... and for sure there are some others, not mentioned, which could brings you success even closer.

I believe like other Network Businesses, SFI also work on basis of Duplication. If anything is Simple, It is Duplicable. If something is able to duplicate, it will work.

Every Network Marketing / MLM has 2 aspects. 1 is based on its Products & Services while another is based on its Training & Support.

SFI to-do list and SFI Launchpad Provides us the knowledge based support while TC gives us product knowledge and Sales VP.

So both are equally important. We need to train ourselves about SFI & TC in the first month. Later, we should make a note of important things to-do in the initial 24 hours, 1st week, 2nd week and so on so that we can train accordingly to our down-lines/PSAs.

PSAs are the assets of the business as they and their team is going to work with us for everyones future benefits. Hence, our soft-skill with the team-members/PSAs plays a bigger role.

We need to set the examples as a Team-Leader by doing things rather than expecting them to do.

Whatever we will do, our down-line/PSA will follow it as its a matter of Duplication.

We should remain focused on the SFI Basics and train our team is a way so that they qualify each month on their qualifications easily.

When a new PSA joins, we should promote them to go to TC and buy the Duplication documents.

We should train them how they need to proceed. They can earn 200 free VPs for becoming a new Fast Tracker and remain in the E365 contest.

Then we should guide them on everyday's to-do list and work ethics.

We should Plan together the strategy in a way that in the 1st month only they qualify as EA (1500 VPs including Sales VP + Action VP).

2nd month is for their EA2 or higher qualifications.

If we duplicate and create an environment of Work Ethics, the Team & its members follow it similarly and Duplicates it well.

Duplication is the key to Success.

For sure it will raise different opinions, but one thing one must keep in mind the fact that to become successful in affiliate market and MLM business is to be patient and persistent.

This business is about doing things right from the beginning, and that is "DUPLICATION"

you must understand the concept and put it to work.
Review what works for all the successful entrepreneurs that have put more time in the business, and do what they did and what they are doing now, ask them for advice.

As I said you must develop enough patience to understand that creating a new business is not an overnight thing, requires time and effort, and here is why you must be persistent, you have to do things over and over to get results.

To be successful at anything in life its essential that you become congruent and 'walk your talk' so that you feel confident, competent, and totally committed to your goal or outcome.

This is achieved by aligning all aspects of your 'self' with your goal, i.e. your sense of purpose, mission and vision at an identity level, and your beliefs, values, skills and behaviours in your chosen environment. That could be a career, a relationship, a sport, or a as an SFI Affiliate.

Being aligned means there is no self-doubt or anxiety about reaching your goals regardless of what obstacles, challenges or set-backs that occur. When you are aligned with your beliefs and values you project confidence, courage and commitment, and this is evident to others. Therefore as it becomes much easier to build rapport and secure the assistance of others toward your mutual goals.

The most important quality for me was "mind-set".

When I found SFIMG I felt a sensation in my “gut” that I had found the answer I had been looking for over the past 6 years.

That sensation was my God given “creative brain”(the “right brain”) which everyone of us has. It always seems to appear suddenly and without any intention to bring it about.

Most people call it “mind-set”. Most of us are aware of times when thinking about a task or a “dream” we have and we feel an inner, deep down assurance that “this is really correct!” And “I can do this!”. Then that feeling is followed by: “I WILL do this and DO IT WELL!”

Then we have the right “mind-set”. And mind-set is the most important thing to have going for you when you begin any task such as creating an internet marketing business (SFI).

I feel the qualities needed to be successful with SFI are:

1.you need to want to learn new things (like marketing)
2. patience
3. belief in yourself and SFI's way of training
4. drive and determination
4. to be able to get out of your comfort zone
5. And most of all, believe and follow SFI's learning plan

I believe their learning plan is very good especially if you are new to marketing.

Many successes can happen if you just believe in yourself and are able to take risks.

There are many qualities that one needs to have and develop to be successful with SFI.
