How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

Many times working a business such as SFI is more than many people want to do.
I would like to talk to the affiliate to see if their ideas and expectations about SFI was in line with what SFI is all about. Sometimes they need to re-adjust their idea of what a business is.
If they really want to keep their business I would recommend that they allow me to work with them to see if they need help. I would make sure that they understood how the program works.
I would also try and teach them how to advertise so that they could become more comfortable with working on their own.
I would also recommend that they re-read all material and explore the complete web site before they gave up. Many times there becomes an ah ha moment that gets them excited and up and running on their own.

What qualities does one need to have or to develop to be successful with SFI?

There are many qualities that one needs to have and develop to be successful with SFI.
Determination I think is the number one quality. you need to want success and you have to understand that it will not come to you if you do not work.
Self confidence is another quality (No is just a word it does not hurt you)the ability to go to that next person and talk about your business and encourage your people to keep going takes a lot of self confidence.
Dependability. having affiliates depending on you also is a a wonderful quality to have when someone needs help.

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

My goal would be to encourage others to join Triple clicks, so I would purchase the amount of cards that I could afford and pick what flea market that I think has the best business. I would then offer my gift cards to those that have the largest selling place and that would be interested in becoming a member.
What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?

Both contacts are equally important. If you can not impress a prospect then that initial prospect has been lost.
You must engage the prospect and speak clearly and knowledgeably about your business. It is necessary to have the prospect curious enough that they want to know more. Many times you need to lead the other person to ask question. Be prepared to have more than one meeting.
Invite them to another meeting that will better inform the prospect. Let the information sink in, then have that person stew in the knowledge that they can have their own business. Set a date for another meeting and keep the meeting about your business.
Finally the ending follow up. Set a date where you can revisit any questions if they are still on the fence then offer them the opportunity to sign up. Always keep the prospect informed of what to expect and offer them help so that they do not feel over whelmed and just drop out from fear of failure. Continuing contact and help allows for stable affiliates.

What is the best way to learn (after SFI training) about advertising using the internet when you are a complete novice?

After SFI training it is best to re-read the SFI training material. A lot of the basic information is already available to you.
You can also go to the forum where you can find additional information.
Finally there is Ask SC, post your questions and give it enough time someone will give you additional information.
Another way is to purchase IHABE you have access to additional information there as well.
One last resort is go to TripleClicks where you can purchase programs that will walk you through some of the processes

Local Newspapers, advertise in the local at home businesses
Sales Flyers: such as a guide or auto trader flyer
Facebook, Tweeter, Pintrest, they are all social sites that allows one to reach out to others and talk about our business. There are so many different ways out side of what SFI teaches us.
Business cards are fantastic, All of the material that SFI offers to its associates are materials that are proven methods that work, Flyers, post cards, business cards and email signatures are all opportunities that one can use over and over again.
Just keep in mind that a best method is the one that is honest and exciting and interesting enough that one will sign up and try the business.
Convincing a business person to join is easy, it is the persons willingness to work for a period of time without seeing huge profits overnight is the hard part. Many just want an instant pay check. It is wise to explain that if you are not willing to invest and work that you will get nothing.Just being honest about that, many times people that still have dreams see the reality of having such a business.

Which countries do you get the most success with your advertising from and why?

I would not recommend any country simply because it is not the country that works it is the people. Keeping your down line excited about their business and how they too can become successful is the key to being successful. Anyone surfing the web can see the advertising it depends on the persons point of view.
