This is a good question.

There are many qualities that will help you be successful in this business.

BUT, there are a few which are very important.

Persistence - the ability to keep working at it even if results aren't coming in as hoped. Eventually they will but only if you persist.

Enthusiasm - your team will take notice of you and follow you if you show real interest in your business. If you aren't excited, why should they be ?

Helpfulness - be sure to make a connection with new sign ups, provide help to all your team, keep regular communication with all your team and pay particular attention to those achieving results. Your success is completely dependent on their success. Your job is to help them every way you can.

Leadership - Its easy to tell people what to do but not very effective. The best and most effective system to achieve good results from your team is to provide yourself as an example. "Do as I do rather than as I say". How successful will duplication be if you dont provide something for your team to duplicate ? Be a leader that they can follow and help them to follow you.

There are certain traits that have to be fully developed, implemented, learned and managed for your business to succeed. SFI is not a "get rich Quick plan".. It requires commitment, it requires the ability to duplicate.. And to DUPLICATE you need to advertise more..
REMEMBER: The more you advertise the more you succeed..

Although, you can go completely go FREE with SFI but, success comes to those who have the will to start with their investments.
Just like you sow a seed, so that it grows in the form of a tree and eventually gets you the fruit. Although, you can grow it by just watering your seed everyday.. BUT, YOU NEED A GOOD FRUIT... YOU MUST PROVIDE IT WITH VARIOUS FERTILIZERS.. So, to get a good fruit, an investment is required on fertilizers.. Similarly at SFI, an investment is required to START. Once your duplication goes VIRAL, everything gets back to you.

The most important Qualities you must have are Desire and Self Confidence.

You must have patience and realize that it takes time to build a business. This is not one of those get rich quick schemes. Any business worth its salt takes time to build and a lot of effort, so you have to be prepared for that. Just because this is an internet business that doesn't mean that you don't have to work. As with any brick and mortar business you have to advertise and take care of your customers. If you work in an office you have to take care of your team and it is the same here if you are not an ECA. You have team members that may need help and you need to take care of them.

The main thing is that you have to work the business every fday if you want to make money. If you had a store do you think you would make money if you were only open one day a week or one day a month? No! You would have to work every day. Of course, you may take off for religious reasons or just to have one or two days off per week, but you need to set your time to work and treat this business as if it is a job that you are going to and reporting to a boss.

Learn from people that make money and do as they do exactly. It works for them it will work for you. This is duplication and it work with anyone that does it.

You need to know WHY you doing this. No it’s not for money. If you know WHY, it will be easier for you to stay focus.

Read every day. This will teach you how to think and act like peoples who make money. Read book like Think & Grow Rich from Napoleon Hill and book on motivation are also good. Stay positive.

Have Faith in yourself even when you don’t see any progress it will come.

Never quit people succeed online because they never quit. Quitting is not an option

Do your task every day this will make you money watching TV won’t.

There will be lots of rejection from people so don’t lose your time on them concentrate on positive one those will make you money.

Always help your team if they succeed you succeed.

These are the one I think you should concentrate you already have some of the other qualities required otherwise you will not be here.
