It should be a thorough training month for the affiliate. Some come with high ambition of making a huge income in the next month and still they dont know how to achieve that .
Training will be able to give them a realistic projection in relation with their input in the business. Key elements in succeeding with SFI should be emphasized and these are:

1. Complete your launchpad training and of course understand. You can print the lessons and pass through them before you go to sleep
2.

The first month should be spent learning what SFI is all about and creating the habits that will make you successful. That is making the most of training opportunities, reading and re-reading the LaunchPad lessons, Rules for Success and to keep you grounded intermittent referral to SFI Basics. Above all set your goals and place a written copy in a place where you must see them everyday. Create the habit of daily visits to the Affiliate Center and completion of the various actions. Be sure to test

A new affiliate main focus on his/her first month in SFI is training by learning and listening to his/her sponsor mentoring, guidance and advices.

The sponsor's main desire is to provide assistance and help to the new affiliate to ensure he/she will achieve success because the sponsor has tasted success. It is teamworks so the sponsor wants the new affiliate to receive the best learning experiences and ultimately enjoy the perks and payouts from SFI when the new affiliate knows the sponsor

During the first 30 days with SFI new affilates receive a Launchpad instructional email everyday. By concentrating on reading each of these they get a very good understanding of how the program works. Team this with the daily "To-Do List" and by the end of 30 days the new affiliate will know how SFI works and where to find the tools and training to start making their business successful.

While the first month in SFI should predominantly be a learning experience it is the period for taking actions as well. The new affiliate should look into the important aspects like completing Affiliate Profile, whitelisting upline contacts, reviewing and understanding SFI Basics, learning through Launchpad sessions, placing a Standing Order, becoming member of SFI Forum etc. He/she should start interacting with the team, raising questions and taking part in the discussions with the Forum members.

Since there is no "one way" to build an SFI business, Affiliates will first need to decide what their goals are, and what they are willing to do to reach their goals. SFI has learned from years of experience what will lead to success, or the achieving of one's goals. That is why the SFI Basics and the LaunchPad are absolutely valuable sources of information and training. So new Afilliates will want to learn about the SFI business and get in the habit of doing the daily, weekly and monthly

The first month should be focused on learning about SFI via launchpad, Gery's Blog, and Forum. Ask SC is also a good place to read. Read, Read, Read. Read what you don't normally read. Don't waste your time on the familiar things. Read it, acknowledge it, move on. Spend a little more time reading what you don't normally read. Learn something new. Do something you have never done before. Broaden your horizons. The first month is about creating habits that when done on a daily basis actually builds
