I also post auction wins on my Facebook page and have a Wordpress site of my own where I have banners posted, and can add whatever I like.
I have joined LinkedIn and Australian Business contacts, where I can make announcements, join discussion groups and have individual communications with people.
I also use a signature in my emails.
I have subscribed to an autoresponder and I'm learning how to use this to build a list to whom I can promote SFI.

I have also put Camtasia Studio 8 on my computer and am beginning to make my own videos. I am still playing around with this and hopefully will get some video marketing going soon. I have bought a book on blogging and intend to get a blog going in the future as well.

There are many online marketing tools that you can use to promote your business.
1) Classified ads: adpost, backpage, keetro, craigslist, kijiji
2) Social Media: Facebook, Meetup, LinkedIn,Twitter, Viadeo
3) Traffic Exchanges: EzAdBoard, Froggy HIts,Clixsense, Promolotto
4) Buy Traffic (Reasonable price): Adfly, Emimo, Clicky
As you start promoting your business especially, on traffic exchange sites, you will encounter many offers to advertise your business. Be careful with traffic exchange sites, there is a lot of fraudulent sites and some send an overload of emails to score points for credits however, on the good side there is also many where you will receive great results.

There are so many online means of advertising. Those that I have found generate interest are as follows:
1. Advertising on free classified ads online.
2. Posting my link on Facebook and other ad site.
3. Posting products on my Facebook page, especially those that interest me.
4. Adding my link to my emails signature line
I am sure that there are lots more - but these I find to be the simplest to promote.
Creating a blog is one way to promote your SFI business outside SFI itself. Go to wordpress.com and set up a free blog for yourself. Once you have created a blog then use it to advertise your SFI business, products, and make sure you promote links to your SFI business, promotion products ,etc,. Also, from your blog use other adverse streams to boost your advertisement, look for free advert streams, for example register your blog with Google+, advertise your blog on social media such as facebook, twitter and others.
One other thing is to send invitations to friends, relatives, colleagues and others, for example, send invitations to friends on facebook and twitter to your blog. Once you gather that much attention then you are on your way BUT be patient if in the first few months nothing happened it takes time and through time comes experience unless of course you are a very good blogger.

I use LinkedIn to market towards the people that are looking for work from home or want a different career all together.
I use Twitter to market people that want to buy or sell their items at TripleClicks.
I also use Twitter for having people that want to join SFI too.
I use FaceBook for both marketing for TripleClicks and Joining SFI and starting a new career with SFI, and buying and selling your items at the TripleClicks store.
There are several social sites online, facebook and twitter are not the only options.
A blog is a very good way to get some followers and spread the word, but don't make a blog that completely targets work-at-home audiences. Target those people that working from home would fulfill a need.
Its less about what tools you use, and more about what groups you target.
I can throw SFI banners, and TripleClicks WoW Auctions in your face all day long but if it is not what your interested in at the time, it will just flash by while you surf on to the next site.
On the otherhand, if I have a site (blog) setup that has several members coming to chat about a very popular topic among optimal "work from home" groups, and just had 1 or 2 eye catching banners on there it would have a much more effective approach.
Focus on the target, and not the tool. Figure out your target, then decide on the tool.

2) You can use Traffic exchange features at lot of marketing website like, Clicksia.com, Easy4hits.com. You can browse available websites at their portal and against that you can create your own add with the desire link.
3) You can use Banner Add, Text Add etc.
4) You can Try some paid service like, Paid Signup.
5) You can Create page at Social Network and promote it.
6) And off course the most common you can use social media like Facebook, Twitter, Plus Google etc.
Note: We should keep applying these methods for better outcome, instead of using once.

I use to advertise my SFI links using free or paid advertisement. Economically my best tool is apsense.com wherein a lot of marketing members of different fields can see and try to check and join in. and knowing that making your own blog can also help increase your leads..search for different kind of advertising technique and you will find this kind of tool which can help you a lot...nice question by the way..

I have written a blog and promote that with my SFI gateway on differnt blog sites. Craiglists are another way I use to promote, and just yesterday I went to bidvertiser and am starting to run a campaign for promoting SFI. This is good to as bidvertiser gives you 20 dollars in credits. Friends and family is always good but I find they do it as a favor to you and dont take it seriously all the time. When promoting SFI use the methods provided by SFI and tweak them on how you feel comfortable and promote your business. You are in control of your ship its what you feel is the best way to promote and get yourself started also. I hope this helps and gets you on your way.
