The best option which I am using at the moment for payment is a credit card issued in India as I work outside India this card is very effective as there is absolutely no problems to use the card even when outside the country, for receiving the payment have opted for the TripleClicks Card.
Other Options are
1.Paypal
2.Debit card
3.Western Union
At present can think of these above.
The best answer should come from experienced Indian affiliates. As per my knowledge, for Indian affiliates, the payment options appear automatically while setting up their accounts and while checking out for their purchases.
Information I got from some of my Indian friends:
1. ICICI Bank issues special Global Visa card for purchasings.
2. Indians can pay for their purchasings by draft/western union etc.
3. Indian can setup their account receivable by Check issued in their favour when it reaches $20 or more.
