Many people who join SFI do so because they desire or expect to make some money from the business, and rightly so. However, when push comes to shove, they soon are confronted with the stark reality that their aspirations or expectations do not materialise that
quickly. For some, this makes them work even harder in order to realise their dream but for others this is like a blow and it becomes difficult for them to come to terms with this reality. It could be the person may be facing financial difficulty, like most of us do at some point, and it could also be attributed to family or other personal problems.

Whatever the cause of their being inactive , it's certainly not the end of the world. You may not be in a position to solve all their problems or inhibitions, but you can at least try to communicate and see how best you can advise them in terms of taking their SFI business to the next level and within their means. For example you can send personalised emails with advice on marketing approaches or you could even send out motivational emails specific to their area of need or development. By all means show them the money and help them to get back on track! A good example of such communications is the following;

Dear Affiliate,

Thank you for your email. I can fully understand your concerns about how much money you can actually make through this SFI opportunity. As such I have included some information extracted through the SFI Compensation Plan Earnings Calculator and here is how it works;

Provided you sponsor 3 PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) each month who attain EA (Executive Affiliate) status each month, with at least 1500 VP (Versa Points) and the affiliates in your group collectively sponsor 15 PSAs each month who also attain EA status each month with at least 1500 VP, then your estimated commissions will be;

$81.30 per month after 6 months ($975.60/yr)
$2,300.70 per month after 12 months ($27,608.40/yr)
$5,200.50 per month after 18 months ($62,406.00/yr)

$20,315.10 per month after 18 months ($243,781.20/yr)
$36,417.90 per month after 24 months ($437,014.80/yr)

I don't think there is any benefits of receiving non-active PSAs. This is can make your genealogy bigger but will not fetch any kind of benefit.

And if you think they may become active in future, than its depends on your luck. Simply be positive do your job if you have potential you may get active PSAs also.

As for me, here is what I have to say;

Your sponsor recruits many affiliates from all over the world. Some of them will work SFI and some will give up for sure. So a reason to reassign inactive affiliates to you may be to make you train them. Your sponsor may not be able to train them by him/herself because of some certain reasons.

One main reason for your sponsor not being able to train them may be location. Some of them give up because of this “my sponsor lives in a developed country (US) where PayPal is allowed and I live in an underdeveloped country (NG) that is banned from PayPal so, this business is not for me.”

Now that your sponsor already got you from the underdeveloped NG and you are achieving success, there will be a reason to reassign all those from Africa that gave up with many coming from NG so that you can prove them wrong and make some of them get back to work. You can write on something like this:

“Hi, I am from Africa NG, I’ve been working with SFI since XXXX and am successful. I can show you the way, you just have to allow me help you by simply following my simple instructions. My sponsor reassigned you to me because I can train you better. Think SFI is not for you? You are mistaking…”.

When you do this, you may be surprised to see that some of them might just start working thereby building your team and increasing your source of income (and for your sponsor too that did the reassignment). You see? The inactive affiliates can be of great benefit. If you are a sponsor, please know the kind of affiliates to reassign to certain people in your team for certain reasons and also, let them know why you did the reassignment so that they know how to approach them.

All in all, inactive affiliates aren’t a waste or a waste of genealogy space! If you sponsor can’t doesn’t mean you too can’t. Probably for some reasons, you may do better than your sponsor in certain aspects of the marketing that is why we need a team to be successful.

Receiving a re-assigned affiliate from your up-line is a great way to add to your down-line.

Becoming the re-assigned affiliate's team leader provides you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and create new relationships. A new relationship may be all that the re-assigned affiliate will need to become active. How you may lead a team may not be the exact same way that your up-line member leads their downline so it is healthy to change membership around so as to find a way to keep everyone interested in SFI and to find with whom that re-assigned affiliate may connect with to become active.

In summary when you receive a re-assigned affiliate the following will happen: it promotes growth of your team, encourages you to develop leadership skills, and may just be the change which re-ignites the spark in the affiliate to become active.

I think there are several benefits, so I'll go through them one at a time:

1) It shows your upline cares about you, and is interested in your success. This is especially evident if your upline tells you why they have reassigned the affiliates, perhaps because they come from the same country as you, and you share a common language and cultural background, so you may be able to reach out to them more effectively. Or perhaps because your upline can see you've been working hard and wants to reward your efforts by helping you to build your team.

2) It gives you a chance to practice your communication and team leadership skills. By sending regular team mails to your new PSAs, you can experiment with different styles of message, and hopefully find a style that they will respond to.

3) You can earn 30VP a week/120VP a month from sending team mail to your new PSAa. This might seem like a minor thing, but could mean the difference between qualifying for EA by the end of the month, or not.

4) Your efforts may bring results, and your new PSAs may become active and successful.

The important thing to remember is, everyone joins SFI wanting to make money. It's very unlikely that has changed for your inactive PSAs. As long as you have them in your team, you have the chance to tap into that desire and show them how SFI can make it happen for them.

The benefit of receiving re-assigned non-active affiliates from your upline is mainly one of goodwill. Your sponsor may feel that he/she may have done what they could for those affiliates and was hoping that you could provide a different angle, or approach that might just spark activity in those affiliates. Since, there was nothing done by you to recruit such individuals, they cost you nothing to acquire them. So should you be able to provoke action from these inactives, your CPA (cost per acquisition) is zero and you gain the life-time direct commissions from that activity. This could be worth several hundred dollars to you in time.

Other than the possibility of them rekindling their creative spark, you do get 120 shares per month for maintaining contact with them until they are flagged from the genealogy. If you were an EA2, 120 shares could be worth about $1.20. While this may seem small, when it comes to recruiting affiliates by the click, that $1.20 could bring you 4 PSAs that are "Superstars".

The lesson to learned from getting inactive affiliates is simple, send your sponsor a brief and sincere thank you, then roll up of sleeves and start working with them. By any non-active PSA we have a chance to activate it. I send three times a week a team for all of my mail is not active PSA. Also andie email addresses I send additional messages. I am always present with SFI. All inactive PSA are not active that is clear. But each of them has won for SFI my downline my upline, and most importantly for the PSA. This has the opportunity to be team leader again.

I think if he did nothing before will be very difficult to be put to work now, if you give it away you can send some messages but not responding and not worth pursuing, you might have some luck if you do a contest and attracts attention and start to study seriously the steps you need to follow, the only thing that happens is that not lose anything because you send mail to them all at once

Besides the fact that I get 30 versa points of e-mail biggest gain is that if I can teach him how to successfully operate this internet business. If it fails to get a 30 versa points is meaningless . 1. Firstly, I believe that, the 30 VPs we received through mailing to Genealogy/CSAs by weekly and 120 VPs for month is a good benefit for all of us. If we dont have any PSAs/CSAs, then how it is possible to get the above shown 120 VPs monthly.

2. Secondly, the non active CSAs, that is common. We can see that daily above 3000 affiliates were joining in SFI and a few of them are active in their zone. We are getting them free of cost or without putting any efforts. It is a great thing that we also have a down line free of cost, if they may be non active.

3. Thirdly, do you have any idea about these peoples, No. May be they will try to involve in the business again. But for that, you have to do a tons of actions. Mail them regularly showing your and your team-leaders achievement and profits achieved while working in SFI.

4. Forthly, While we are mailing them, our experience and confidence will doubled or increased. Because we never try to wrote them same words regularly. We will try to wrote them with more changes so that they will again active.

5. Fifthly, and the last one is, we can shown these downline to others who we are trying to introduce to the SFI first time. So that they can have a good impression about SFI. They must think, which company is there who are giving free CSAs to you without putting any efforts.
