I have received Quite a few off those and at first I was really motivated to do my best to get in contact with them but nothing worked. The only benefit I can see is if you can possibly get them going in the business... If you cant get them to be active either, I don't see any benefit to you. But in defense of your up-line... They may not have known that the PSA was going to become inactive when they reassigned them to you.

I have to admit I did not believe there was any benefit being assigned non-active Affiliates until this last month!

Every week sometimes more, I send out team mail, I write personal emails to those that appear to be giving up etc., but rarely, if ever, get a response.

Then out of the blue a PSA, who last logged on in August last year, came back and totally excelled - in one month becoming a STL!

If just one person did that a month wouldn't it be great!

Well

Benefit is not in the form of VP or Cash. They are giving opportunity to work us on Genealogy (PSAs mailing). Sending PSAs mail we can earn 120VP per month.

Today they may be inactive if we motivate them regularly they may become a successful one day. Most of the inactive members did not know how to get started. We should help them to start and let them know the benefit of doing this online SFI program.

At the same time we don't waste our precious time those

I believe there are many benefits involved when one receives both active and non-active reassigned affiliates (PSA) from their upline.

Here are some benefits I want to highlight:

1. It shows that your upline is active and does think of you. This is important as you know that you belong to a group and that your upline wants to help you out.

2. You get additional members in your downline. Just because the re-assigned affiliate is currently inactive, it does not mean

This is such a good question. I think by getting non-active re-assigned affiliates should be exciting to you. We are all here to work . By trying to help other affiliates to log back in would be a accomplishment for yourself. I make sure that I personally email them. You will gain so much from this. If just one person logs back in how would that make you feel? I feel so excited and know that I am on the right track in this business.

I use the re-assigned affiliates to gain the 30VPs weekly, however i also reach out to them and offer assistance. Some of them are actually interested and ready to learn and will do great with encouragement and support. My best advise is continue to reach out to them. Make each opportunity work for you, Do not look at it as non-active affiliate. look at the reasons why they are not active and find a way to help them.

A very interesting question.
Well maybe you can send them an advice that you upline did not know, and activate them. I think you can not lose, you can only get if you activate it. If you get one of those, send a message, meet it with virtues SFI companies and perhaps get active instead of inactive members.

I believe it is sometimes hard to develop a really good relationship with someone because of cultural differences. I find that words and word phrases can cause confusion and that often people relate better to someone from their part of the world.

I choose one of my PSAs that is active and has a great work ethic. Then I reassign affiliates from their country that I have not been able to successfully motivate. I am hoping that the new affiliate will find a sponsor that they can relate

You just never know..
You may get a rockstar that was laying dormant
and then one day while cleaning out his email... bam he goes crazy..

If you have NO team you get a few things you can do for more points like the mailers.. you get to see how the genealogy in action.

Plus you get to practice with "real" people.. and maybe something you say will activate them.

You will grow TRYING to get them to do something!!

Evey Person that has signed up is a potential SFI Affiliate, it just needs time and showing them the way in SFI.
I had People assigned to me in various ways, S-Builder Co-ops, reassignments, friends that helped me out for helping them and so on.
I did have some success with resurrecting old signups.
The motto here is not to give up, but also don't send mail after mail.
I write a mail for such as this, a "reassigned or Co-op" or such and make sure you do talk to them
