This is a good question.

My answer to this question is simple. If you have a strong upline they often re-assign affiliates to their generation 1 affiliate to motivate their downline and If you are an EA rank affiliate then you can earn 30 VP once a week by sending team mail to your PSAs.

It means that you can earn 120 VP each month by using PSA mailer in your geneology no matter your PSAs are active or non-active.

So in my opinion your upline gives you 120 VP each

This is a good question, yes it could be frustrating getting non-active re-assigned affiliates but it goes a long way to say your up-line has seen you to be very active and have rewarded you with some of his or her PSA for you to handle.

So therefore it is your responsibility to try and make those who are not active to become active and what every benefit that comes will also be given to you, commission and what have you.

One thing you should understand is that the benefit you

I think for me it is a real concern.

In fact the majority of those who enroll is inactive. If my sponsor sees fit to give me, the benefits of this action are:
For him, for this action he earns 5 VP for each PSA reassigned.

For me, if I have nobody in my downline, this is an opportunity to snatch 120 VP month in connection with the mail of the week I'll send my new PSAs: 30 VP * 4 weeks.

This is also an opportunity for me to lead in sponsoring new affiliates.

Great question! The short answer is: You never know when one of them may catch fire!

You may have a way of writing and responding that appeals more to them than their previous sponsor. Your sponsor may not have the time and energy needed to handle their questions.
Perhaps they haven't been able to respond in the past, and suddenly their circumstances change and they now have the means to work SFI. There are so many variables that effect the response of those who have signed up but

A non-active affiliate does not mean that the person will remain inactive. By re-assigning them this gives the members of your downline the chance to convince these affiliates to give SFI another chance. The first time that one of these affiliates responds in a positive manner it will all begin to make sense. Not only did you convince an inactive person to become active you have also started building a downline that you can be proud of and grow upon. Knowing that you have helped someone else realize

There is a benefit to the sender (upline), a benefit to the receiver (down line) and a benefit to the PSA re-assigned.

a. I have 381 Generation 1 PSAs. If I give some away, that are inactive, maybe with more personal and individual attention they will become active. The receiver has few PSAs, if any, and can give them more individual attention.
b. I can not financially offer incentives to everyone, giving some away allows me to share the incentive cost. When someone makes Fast

The greatest benefit is that atleast you have PSA's for which you have not spent any time or money.
Inactive PSA's can become active if you explain to them the benefits of becoming active.
You have to explain each & every step of SFI to inactive PSAs & try to find out why they are inactive.
The very fact that they became PSA's of somebody shows that they have atleast heard of SFI. The only thing is to make them understand the actual working of SFI.
You may gain a lot by

You may reach good results, if the re-assigner and the re-assigned could not find a common language to communicate, but you can. This way you may clearly explain the working of this business and probably return affiliates from quitting.
Since SFI is a world-wide business, lots of new sign-ups will give up after a short time simply because of not being able to understand rules, benefits, etc.
If you intervene in such a case, you may act as a real interpreter, therefore your acting will result

The benefits of receiving re-assigned (PSAs) are many.

Its wrong to say non-active. Many time I was assigned active PSA. Two of them are still

BTLs, although I myself am an EA.

Second benefit is that they add up to your total income from SFI. I am sure these two BTLs under me will never leave SFI as they are earning more than me.

Getting PSAs is a great boon by the SFI

Personally, I think there are several benefits:

Getting experience writing and sending team mail - I have actually gone through each member and sent a personal team message in their language using Google Translate. A few have become active again because they now understand what needs to be done.

Getting extra VP for using the different mailers.

Having your own, bigger down-line - this is a huge accomplishment(You apparently did something right to get them).
