Leaving aside the simple fact that one gets VersaPoints for sending Team Mails. What I ask is, is that enough? Answer to that is no.

The bigger picture is self soul searching. How much are Team Leaders interested in building progressive team players? Are the mails, just copy, paste and send for VersaPoints? If that is the case, then it is a failed team.

The major advantage of new affiliates who are inactive is one gets an opportunity to really search for right words to pen down to guide them to the right direction. May be for a while, lead by the finger just like small baby taking the first step to walk. That takes time, patience and self learning in letter writing.

Mastering this art and using it wisely to motivate the affiliates by laying down the steps to follow and stressing the fact not to rush through but stay a while at beginner’s level till they understand it.
If and when they do become active, they win and so does the leaders. It will be a boost to their earnings.

This will be a win win situation for all.

A most interesting question. At original blush it is seem that you are not being rewarding but just getting stuck with non-active affiliates (PSAs) from your upline.

However, this is just one way to look at the situation. In assigning affiliates your upline may not be cherry picking or dumping non active PSA but merely rewarding you for the good work you have been doing.

It is a benefit to your upline to ensure that your reach EA status and maintain EA status going forward. Recall you are awarded 30VP for team mailing weekly. Without a team these points are lost to you. This is win-win situation.

The other and more beneficial way to look at the situation by considering your action one in receipt of these PSAs.

1. Team mailing for 30 VP points weekly

2. By team mailing your are building your experience and skill communication and motivating team members. This is great for demonstrating and building your leadership skills

3. With non-active you never know what will spark a renew interest in an online business opportunity. Find out what are the assigned PSA are interested in what are their goals for being online. From here you can promote the benefits of being in SFI

4. By gifting you PSAs, whether active or non-active your upline, is leading by example in showing you another way of building your team and encouraging duplication in your team. When you have a large enough team, your could implement the same or similar methods to promote great team-building effect and encourage active in your downline.



Finally, continue to mail and communicate with your downline. give encouraging support words and help them to see the benefit of being in SFI and how this business opportunity could change their life. Yo never know when a great affiliate is lying dormant.

At lot of people, join different business opportunities online initially as "tyre kicker". They are like a bee moving from one opportunities to the next. You can never know when they will come back to the hive that is SFI. So continue promoting the benefits of SFI to them, one day it may just click - you never know, you may have a rock star in the making.

This is an important question. Some could say that there is no benefit and other a lot of benefits.

I agree with some that consider it's benefit to receive non-active or re-assigned affiliates from my upline. Let me tell you why:

- Firstly: If you are a new Affiliate that mean I cannot get 120 monthly VP until I sponsor or recruit one affiliate under me.

- Secondly: It's a good way for me to train myself by motivate the affiliates I receive from my upline. Perhaps, they can see my interest in their success and become actives later.

So, I cannot presume for their inactivity. Those let their SFI's Business for weeks and one day decide to work actively for their business.

That's why I must recruit and continue to motivate my affiliates until I see my business grow and reach my goals.

At least, I have nothing to lose by receiving non-active or re-assigned affiliates from my upline.

You can send messages to your non-active PSA's and receive VP for it. Also, one or more of the non-active PSA's may become active and become superstars and make lots of money for you. Reason is that in your course of promoting you can come across them and they can change their mind and continue in the program.

First of all as team leader you have to think positive!

If you receive non-active re-assigned affiliates happens for a reason!Everyone deserve a chance!Maybe they were not active because the thought that this is to complicated. But if you send them emails with this great opportunity maybe you can make them to change the opinion and make them think that if they want something they could have.
