I have opted to communicate regularly with my team to keep them as motivated as possible. I not only communicate with them through the SFI system but from my personal email on a regular basis. Many of my team mates have also connected with me using social sites. The hardest part I have found is when an affiliate is just getting started. The best way to motivate your team is by getting them dreaming.

Find out why they joined SFI in the first place. You can find that by going to your genealogy, click on their name, look at their profile(click "show" to open their profile), and read their answer to: "Your NUMBER ONE reason for starting your SFI business."

Then contact them and talk about that number one reason. Help them visualize what their life will be like after the reach that goal. Do this

First of all, we must to show new members how to start with SFI.
Almost 80% of all members read the welcome message!
The welcome message is important to include clear instructions to start.
Video link need.
Should be contacted with more members and only those who show an interest.
New members need prove that the system operates successfully and that here we can make real money.

I usually am working with the workers... meaning the affiliates that shows at least a little interest in SFI.
I am checking their progress in E365 competition and email them if they are under the green line. This always motivates them more and make them read and better understand as much as possible about SFI.

Also, I am offering Wave3 for free as a bonus for achieving the EA status and usually when I earn actions with Tcredits and I sending some to my most active affiliates.

Well,first I explain to them what they are suppose to do.
Do all lessons in LAUNCHPAD,SFI BASICS,DO-IT LIST.

Then I check everday the DAILLY PRIZE WINNERS,and I send them a teamaill letter,l congragulate the winner.

I everday the winners in the price benders auction, and I congragulate them.

The last thing I do ,is to tell them that I have an affliate who does exactlly,what I
