How have you used SFI's Live Chat (the yellow bubbles that appear in the Genealogy, etc.) to your benefit?

formulated interesting question .. first use Chat is the tool that we created for the benefit SFI sponsor but primarily for the benefit of new affiliates! because those who are newcomers is important to get the 1500 points in the first 24 hours so starting with right! :) And even that is why it is important that those who work more often seriously pursue those who are new affiliates! That I can help you more promptly with chat!

Great feature if it is looked at by all associates, but I think everybody is so bussy earning VP, trying to win an auction or if you are new trying to figure things out that without some alarm sound it sometimes go unnoticed.

I know that live chat (yellow bubble) can be a great channel. But the problem is, neither my upline nor my downline are answering me via this channel, and it is becoming a bit frustrating.

Live chat for me is the fastest way to contact with the most active and unactive PSA. I chat with the first. asking if they have problems on their way up in SFI. Regarding the second type of PSA I try to encourage them for action. For some of the very begining affiliates I think Live chat is important for to feel "safe" and "directed" in the new environment. So to point them the firs, quck step (to-do-list)for taking VP - it is critical moment for their future behaviour in SFI.

I think it is a great feature to use as "first contact" with your PSA instead of email; email is good too but the chat makes it more personal as one can get with a working associate. Can't always call as some numbers are out of the USA and costly so this is a nice alternative to calling.

Wow! I use the SFI live chat messenger to communicate with my PSA's regularly. The motive of me using the live chat is to
1. Make my PSA's to get used to SFI website. Most times, I call them on phone to tell them to come online for chat using the live chat.
2. In every business, communications is very vital for its growth. That is why I use the live chat regularly to communicate one on one with my PSA's.

My own encounter about it element is actually, i dropped few PSA's just for this element.

Not any warn chim or perhaps every other device, in which we could always be reminded about a person becoming on the web in order to us all intended for chitchat. or perhaps if i seek to chat with my own PSA's, these people in no way response.

This constantly is going undetected and it's really quite disheartening once you concept a person in addition to he / she do not react. Yet i can't

One thing I like with live chat is it is displayed very prominently on the other end. And id very noticeable even by those who are new in SFI. With this feature, I use it to communicate urgent and important messages to my PSA's like they have to take advantage of the 500 bonus points in 24 hours. and also with my CSA's.
