Livechat is one of the good option to interact with your PSA or with your UPline.

Let me tell you where i have used live chat efficiently.

1. One of the best where i have used it when there is new PSA comes under me.. i immediately send message via livechat that " Hi , I am your sponsor, welcome to SI , First of all you go to "to-do list" and collect 500VP by completing Getting started actions that will give you more 500VP free for the rest of the work and Basic

It's a question ,that i was thinking to raise for long now. and thanks to Mr.Anwar Douqa , who gave me a perfect platform to put my feeling's on place.

I love SFI and I love all the features available in this site ,except one thing and that is SFIM ( SFI's Live Chat)feature.

My experience about this feature is ,that i lost few PSA's due to this feature.

although i dnt answer answer many time but this question made me to answer. i use the live chat very effectively and this helps me to be among top sponsors. here are some tips to use it effectively.

1. before starting a live chat you must know his activities in SFI. say a hello and write him how effectively he can use his current approah.
2. ask him about his comfortness with online marketing. talk more as friend and less as sponsor.

Yes i have used it many times and i am happy to say that i always got good results.
But the main thing is how and when to use it.

1. Do chat with the team mate u know already like your friends,family,classmates,office mates etc. It will ensure them that you are active here and giving right guidance.

2. Sometimes initiate chat with those who are new and doing extremely good or those who have joined earlier but trying after gap of some months.This will make them believe

I've had mixed results with the SFI Chat. The benefits are that you can communicate instantly with your affiliates provided they know what the bubble is for. For a new affiliate this provides instant credibility. If you can provide an instant answer to your affiliates, this also allows them to take action while the question is fresh in their mind.

The drawbacks I've encountered are I miss a lot of the chats while I'm doing other things and when I finally notice them the affiliate on

I do not initiate contact with my affiliates via live chat unless I know them very well (outside of SFI), I know that they prefer live chat (because this is the method they've used to contact me most in the past) or unless or unless I have a recent email or Team mail from them and I happen to catch them while they are still online. I find that affiliates who are shy can be driven away if you contact them via live chat and less likely to sign in again because they will fear feeling "cornered"

With Live chat, we can easily communicate with our team leader, sponsor, or co-sponsor. We can discuss about our goals, prospects, ideas, and other topics more fast than team mail. And, with this, you can know who is online at that time, and you can communicate with them, encouraging them. And it is really good for being a good upline. It will be more effective and efficient.

Very simple...

When your team/downline is lost, needs clarification, assistance in completing a task, etc, they don't want to wait a day between communications. It makes for a very stressful time on their end. The instant chat allows you to do just that, help instantly!

I urge those, who have yet to utilize this tool, to use it! It is your best friend! I mainly take advantage of it when running a campaign as it allows me to greet a new affiliate moments after the sign-up process.

Live chat is valuable tool for communication with your downline. I personally chat with various members of my team on a regular basis. It gives me a chance to give them immediate assistance or advice with any issues or questions they may have. Sending messages will eventually get answers to their questions but live chat helps eliminate the waiting for a reply. It also seems like a more personable and intimate way to communicate.
