The badges are markers, way points along your path to success. Yes, it does require some hard work. The badges also show that it can be done by ordinary people like you and me. When new members join and recognize that there are visible rewards for all the hard work, it gives us all something to shoot for. "Shoot for the stars, and if you come up short, you'll make it to heaven"
Acquiring a new badge is like winning a medal at the Olympics. The more 'medals' you have, the bigger your claim to fame and riches. Like a good athlete, you don't have to hang all your medals round your neck when you go out, but you polish it and keep it in good condition in your showcase. In the case of the badges, it is showcased on your profile and there for everyone to check out and admire.
Badges are like Captain of a Cruise. Captain sails every people whether known or unknown to their destination whatever the hurdles come across him during the path. Giving all messages such as precautions, awareness, path, guidance, overcoming etc., without any lines of stress on his face. In sfi, the same thing applies who holds a badge.
Badges inspired me to stay with SFI. Members of your downline should be encouraged to view the badges you earned. They should also be made aware of the processes involved in getting these badges and how they too can get them once they remain committed.
When I just joined SFI I looked at the badges owned by members of my upline team. I dedicate myself to achieving the same and of course badges are coming on one by one and these are enhancing my growth with SFI
