Why?

People find it easy to start something they believe can have benefit. However they are easily scared of failing and failure.

At the first sign and sight of confusion, they run for the hills! Not knowing what to do is a hurdle most people don't want to face in their life.

This my friends is the basic reason people do nothing.

HOW DO WE FIX THIS UNIVERSAL PROBLEM?

We acknowledge the problem, and then walk them though to the solution; step by step, we hold their hand through it, till they find the confidence to do it on their own.

They will get strength from this experience and they will then be able and willing to lend a helping hand to their new recruits, themselves having successfully conquered this demon.

STEPS TO ELIMINATE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN

1- Make sure they go to the "Hey New Affiliates!"

2- Make sure they complete as many steps in the "To-DO LIST" and get as many points as they can in their first day ( 500 Points) = (500 Bonus)

3- Make sure they go to the launch pad and go through the 30 day program, as quickly as possible! Even 1 day is possible for a sweet 450 Points!

When they have completed these 3 steps they will be ready to go on their own, and positioned for success! KNOWLEDGE + KNOW HOW + ACTION = OUR SWEET SUCCESS TOGETHER!

Many people want to earn income in a day or with in a month but these people don't work hard to achieve good income. That is why many people become inactive.

Many people join looking for a get rich quick scheme. If you have people under you who have joined but remain inactive, the best you can do is send them encouraging messages regularly to try to inspire them to be more active. Sometimes a little encouragement along with hints and tips offered regularly are enough to make them give SFI another chance

Many are those who think SFI is like any one of the social networks so they join, only to discover the real truth: SFI is REAL WORK, and because many people hate work, they become inactive in pursuing this venture.

You have two questions here.

First, why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing? Because it's easy to join, but the next step is a lot harder if you're an internet newbie. Many who join simply do not understand the incredible value that is available at SFI, and they don't understand how to put the parts together to make it work.

Those who don't understand the value are like a native on a remote island. You can show them a $100 bill and explain to them that they can buy lots of stuff with that money. But if they don't understand the concept of money, they're going to just see a colorful piece of paper and not the underlying value.

And putting the parts together is like giving someone all the parts to build a scooter in a box. If they don't have mechanical skills or don't have any idea how to use tools, then the parts in that box are never going to be assembled to create a working scooter.

What should you do about it? Your job is to help your downline understand the value of SFI and overcome the mechanical challenges. Telling someone to create an ad is simple, but if they've never done it before it can be an overwhelming obstacle. Take the time to break it down into simple steps to show them how to do it.

And finally, help them to understand that the action they take today is simply one part of a long series of actions they need to take. Results don't come from an individual action, but from the cumulative actions over a period of time.

keep on them daily tell them not rocket science just do the to do list everyday a lot of answers are there for the thinking just keep at it don t quit you might be a yard from finish line good luck all

why not work because many people do not read! and not inform at all .... if I totit be as curious as many more which would first steps that are followed in the first 24 hours ..... if it would bother would SFI had won at work

Most people join SFI thinking that they'll get rich quickly with a minimum of effort, but lose interest when they discover that it is a REAL business requiring time effort and perseverance to succeed.

I believe that only about 1 in 30 people who sign up for SFI realize its enormous potential and work the business. And although this does not sound a lot, remember that with only 5 active affiliates in your downline, you have a thriving business.

Many people join looking for a get rich quick and then they do not fully understand SFI when they join. It is our job to help them understand and contact them. Then it is up to them to decide for themselves. Remember Some will and Some won't.

Joining SFI free doesn't mean earning money by chance. Every business has its rules and in SFI, these rules have to be respected to succceed. Start going the basics. Do your daily home "To-Do-list" then go through previous lessons sent to you and be communicative with your team to learn every day more.

My humble advice to you is to go slowly at the beginning to apprehend the priciples and ask for help by touching your team leaders, go the forum, which is very helpful to clarify and answer your questions. However do not give up, it's not a good solution since one day or another you may be your own boss and you will improve your income without investing a lot of money and time to get started.

Take it easy and everything will manifest itself for you. Just keep doing yor best to succeed.
