Mellisa, any Affiliate that is not active has probably seen that his or her expectations cannot be met here.Besides a lot of people thought you could start making money instantly not knowing that it is not so. There is absolutely nothing you can do to someone that registers and never visits the site again. Some members do not have money to invest and promote their business. No amount encouragement will work for such people.Except perhaps,you assist them with funds if you are that buoyant.

To me the best is giving away TCredits. It is a good incentive because once they start to use it for buying, they'll be gaining VPs right away. If they go into Bidding they would gain more because each TC is equivalent to 5 MRPs. In the process it's like hitting two birds with one stone because they can also use those MRPs to buy other stuff from TripleClicks, like TCs too. This is like a win-win process. The affiliate gets to learn the very aspect of the TripleClicks business in itself and can very well articulate the strategy with the downlines. Let's be realistic about things. Here in this business, the more members buy the better for everybody. Make know mistake though, it's not all buying here. There's more to it than that as we all know.

A felszólító és segít? leveleket küldöm minden nap. -Sajnos nem kapok rá választ és nem csinálják meg a napi feladatokat. In my team meetings, my team members often told me about the "money" factor. So my way of doing things is by awarding TCredits and Gift Certificates to my movers. Competitions will definitely bring the best out of our affiliates!
I like to offer contests to my team. I offer both contests to PSA's and CSA's who earn EA2, BTL and above. I reward PSA reassignments to the winners. It is a great way to help them build their team more quickly. The better they do, the more I succeed!
As was,I found that new affiliates have a desire to participate in the Tripleclicks auction as they learn.We can reward them with small bits of T credits and encourage them to buy T credits.This certainly helps.
The two main problems that affiliates seem to have is lack of money and not being able to recruit as many affiliates as they would like.
I have had success with gift certificates and giving shares to the S-Builder co-op. I set the co-op up as a team co-op in case any one else who is able and would like to join in on the co-op also can do so.
Well I have always done psa's to active people and when I win 200 tcredits I will give my active people tcredits and if I see people moving some each month I will give them psa's also at least 2 times a year but I will email all my downline every week try to get all to do something and if I see people working I will also give them psa's in my downline.
