That is such an interesting question.I must say I will rate my self 5 star out of 5 and my PSA's would agree without question simply because.
1.I motivate and inspire my team.
2.I dont give room for mediocrity which could be a recipe for disaster but encourage my PSA's not to feel relaxed at where they are but strive hard to move up their status.
3.I give credit when credit is due and talks about anything that will make my team stronger.
4.I Share tips, ideas,discuss marketing

To rate myself a five i will have to ask myself some questions, to which i would give very honest answers. The first of these questions would be how do my I relate to my downline?
Fortunately SFI offers us a very comprehensive lesson on how to be "AN AWESOME SPONSOR". It consists of 24 DO's and some DONT's, which I believe will make me a super awesome sponsor if I can follow them to the letter. Here are just a few of them which i have employed so far.

1. I try and lead

I usually don't judge myself by what others think of me because I decide what I want to believe about myself. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated. Even though I have been in SFI for over 5 years, I can count the support messages that I received from my sponsor on my hands.

So I determined not to do this to my down line. I didn't want them to think that I was some illusive guy up there somewhere. I would love it if all of them would email me at least once per week.

Naturally, everybody thinks that he is the genius and rates himself the best. But to be best, you have to do best. To rate myself 5 out of 5, I have to:
1. Communicate with my downline & guide them throughout the system.
2. Motivate them by giving them easy step by step guidance & rewarding them.
3. For their achievements, encouraging them even by Gift Certificates/Tcredits.
4. Should be available anytime they need any help and support.
5. Informing them for any new

This is a difficult question to answer, because I've never been a big fan of rating people. I would never rate myself a 5 because that would mean I couldn't get any better. I believe EVERYONE can do better. I would never rate myself lower than a 3, because I do at least the minimum of what I think everyone should do:

Minimum Action Plan (MAP)
1. Become and REMAIN an Executive Affiliate (EA)
2. Find 5 to join you
3. Teach them the same

So, I would give myself

One of the most difficult thing is to judge yourself. The main reason is not that you might judge wrong or biased but the problem is then if you overjudge yourself i.e yu rate yourself more than you deserve.
I would rate myself a step below than all my PSAs do because I believe nothing is best and sky is the limit so there is always a scope for you to improve and this prospective of yours will help you achieve more heights in the work you are doing.

Hey, hey, hey, very tricky question. It's normally out of the ordinary to find one rating himself /herself. When it comes to rating, let others give you the credit where it is due and have a positive criticism on you. Dealing with PSAs is a tricky situation because it's not what you think you're doing right that matters to them, but what they think you're doing right which sometimes might be wrong for you. The right approach to have is be flexible and everything will fall into its position. I would

I think I'm doing great as a sponsor, though I can always do better! Why do I rate myself highly? Here is why and I certainly know my PSAs will agree:
1. I do what I tell my PSAs to do - I lead by example.
2. I'm always there for my PSAs, always in touch with them. I go out of my way to meet their needs and sole their problems.
3. I study always, striving to know all I should so I'll have an answer when they come to me with their questions.
4. I always motivate them and encourage

Rating of ourselves will always keep us to a step or two below than what others would rate us. This is also a rule of success as well as a quality of successful person. So I would say I have been helping all my PSAs as and when they want and specially the way they want me to help so they would obviously rate me as the best sponsor but for me I think I need some more improvement and I am referring through lessons of being a good sponsor and will hopefully get something that makes my mind believe what

I rate myself a 5 as a sponsor and I know that my PSA's feel that way about me, because:

1. I treat them with the same respect that I would want for myself(Do unto others as you wish others to do unto you)

2. I don't try to be a know-it-all.

3. I insist on having them share with me what's on their minds pertaining to the
doubts that may cripple their actions to go forth.

4. I let my PSA's know that I'm human with the same needs and wants of encouragement
