Here is what I would do.

First off all make sure you set up your leadership page first and do all that you want your PSA-es and CSAes to do as your followers . You need to set up yourself as an example.

Start by sending them to this web page https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps

Then offer to help them with any questions that they have and share with them any positiv results that you have achieved.

I Try To Show them my own progress and to teach them where to learn the best ways to do things and to root them on with praise very often, It has turned 5 of my co-sponsored afiliates in to very active people ! I also give them a lot of tips on how to get the maximum VP they can, don't forget small rewards go a long way !

I understand that getting downline members to understand SFI seems to be a simple task but actually difficult to tackle. But here are what I think are possible solutions:
1. First of all, tell your downline members that SFI is not a rich-quick scheme, hence, they don't expect to earn much overnight.

2. In order to be successful in SFI, they need to invest time, efforts, patience and perseverance to say the least.

3. Tell them that communication is a key element in SFI.

Being attentive to your members, acknowledging each ones strengths and weaknesses,is the beginning of how I work with my teammates. I call them up on the phone and literally walk through each of their questionable needs. Most of the time their lack of understanding is due to being overwhelmed with the whole process of getting their 1500vp's by the end of the month. I tell them to take a deep breath and assure them that I am there for them and to just take it one step at a time. I tell them what

Downline members are always younger than you, as far as your knowledge regarding SFI is concerned--provided you are committed to the system and its values. Guide them to move step-by-step systematically instead of moving haphazardly. The main motto for them should be to earn maximum VP daily and ask their downline to follow them. One should be always available to reply to the smallest queries of their downline, just like a mother does for her child.

Making your downline understand the concept of SFI is not that easy as it sound. It is similar to selling a product and make the downline member understand what benefits it would bring to them. In my opinion I think it is important to create a standard operating procedure which would list down step by step approach of the acitvities that need to be performed.

- SFI already has lauchpad which provide comprehensive training. However, most if not all get intimidated by the amount of information.

This is not an easy task, No downline would understand if they will just depend on your own effort. Because you cannot do it by yourself alone. As much as possible let them read everything
and assist them in explaining if they find it difficult. Let your downline participate in the forums, there are so many topics discussed in there assisted by a lot of expertise, as well as at the ASK SC. scan all the questions and answers from page to page in order for them to get SFI ideas. Because if you

hinting that they do not lose the opportunity they have to develop a business that can save your life in a while but dedicating passion and effort, and if it comes from an affiliate advertising coop as above plus you paid for them.

I was actually having a hard time trying to explain where to start and what to do next, so I made screencast videos and posted them on YouTube and my blog.

The videos walk my new affiliates through the initial processes of completing the LaunchPad and the To-Do List as well as signing up as a WAV3 member and how to use TripleClicks.

I've found this very successful in helping to actually show new affiliates how the initial program works. I also encourage them to email me if

I think that it all starts with simply getting your downline members to communicate with you. You can tell a lot about the commitment of your people by how much they communicate with you and others. If they are not actively seeking information from you or others, they will probably not even want to understand. Once they do seek information, walk through the SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD with them lesson by lesson. Communicate with them and create your own virtual classroom either via chat or skype.
