The only thing you need to do is at first to ask all your downline members to go through all the SFI lessons, go through all the training material provided on site.
Next comes giving them some information regarding all the programs such as Pricebenders, Sponsoring, TripleClicks member listing, ECA Referring etc.
Then comes leading with an example. Ask them to do what all you did to get success in SFI.

For to understand SFI what to do it's important to reach out to them as soon as possible after they sign up. Send them a personal email that shows them you have an interest in their success in SFI.Send them only valuable information that gives them the important information. In the initial email encourage them to login daily and go through the Launchpad training, to see the forum and all of SFI. Learning learning it' s important. It's also important to send them a very short email offering our service

I would suggest to them to read and understand the SFI Basics, The SFI Rules of Success and do the LaunchPad, the daily To-Do list and just concentrate on these so as not to overwhelm them with information.

I would also suggest to them to follow the 3 simple steps, as found in the SFI Basics:

1. Become an Executive Affiliate and remain an EA every month.
2. Sponsor/recruit 5 affiliates as per methods listed.
3. Teach these 5 new affiliates to do the 3 steps, teaching

Figyelemmel kell kiserni minden leanyvalat munkajat. Amikor elakadnak, akkor segitsunk nekik. Ha kell eggyüt csinaljuk meg mindaddig meg meg nem ertik, hogy hogyan kell a napi feladatokat megcsinalni. Hogyan lehet vP pontokat gyujteni. The question you should first ask yourself is do you understand SFI that well to present it to your downline? If not, then get down to business of learning with two expectations in your mind. One, to learn so that you can be a role model by doing what you will direct others to do. Two, you have to be a leader by directing your downline to where you have reached. Remember at all times, leadership at SFI doesn't imply that you have to re invent the wheel rather you have to use proven strategies which

Keep the system as simple as you can for them.
They are new and if need be show them how to do their daily To Do List.
Once they see the simplicty of SFI they will florish

Encourage your team members to go through their training, by visiting their to-do list in their members area and clicking on the links that they find there. This will give them the training they need. Plus they can ask questions in the forum where there are lots of people who can help them. You can also offer to help directly by email. Wherever possible give your support to those who request it, but don't get disheartened by those who are really not interested - just accept as a fact of life that

Great Question! So, so many new affiliates become immediately overwhelmed and seem to lack the focus and/or literacy skills to follow the steps, read what is in front of them and take action.

My strategy is to hold them by the hand, monitor their VP ledger all the way through to 1500pts...EA. Then explain to them why that was such a cool thing to do.
The whole while insisting that they read and understand SFI Basics and Launchpad series.

From there, I offer to write a

This is a very interesting question. The ways you can get them to understand SFI are:
a. Have good knowledge of SFI yourself.
b. Communication. This must be regular.
c. Training on how they could start accumulating VPs.
d. Be truthful to them.Do not tell them they can get rich overnight in SFI.
e. Encourage them.
f. Tell them they must spend time doing their business in SFI.
g. Tell them actions on the "To Do List" must be carried out daily.
h. You
