No, it's just a question of commitment on their part. If a person is a non starter whatever you do for him/her will never change that attitude. You can take a donkey to the river, but you can never force it to bend and drink to its feel. Same case here, co-op can as a matter of fact be used to reward your performing downline differentiating them from non-performers.
From your day to day interaction with your downline you will after sometime appreciate the fact we don't have the same goal as

The answer to that question is simply YES!

One of the things that keep an affiliate active is having his own team to support, nurture and build. Apart from logging in every day to carry out their daily actions, they'll now have the reason to log in daily to assess the progress of their team and provide support for their downline.

But then, the task of advertising and generating ones own leads can be a difficult task. Free advertising can be effective but it requires ample time

Having a co-op does not guarantee your down line will be active but it does help them to get active and stay active. The reason behind this is simple. Many affiliates, especially newbies, have no idea about internet marketing. They don't understand the concept of network marketing, promoting products online, etc. Thus in the earlier days of enrollment, affiliates are trying to grasp the basics alone. Even though they have a sponsor and a co-sponsor, I venture to say that at least 95% of new

No, It doesn't work for me and I don't do it. I communicate often with my team members, who need me, feel like a part of the team and are looking for answers, something better and a change. This starts and stays with own action from the persons. The people in business should be mutual to each other. If it's not like this, I can't do anything at all. No one likes pressure and to feel obligated to do something.

The answer for this question is not 100% YES. Not only Co-op, but you have to use all the available tools to make and keep them active. It is a step you have to take along with other steps like GROUP MAILING, GIFT CERTIFICATES, RE-ASSIGNMENTS, TCedit TRANSFERS, etc.

I think one of the hardest parts of this business, and the most frustrating part is finding a good place to advertise that works well, and that helps build your downline....many, many affiliates struggle with this and sometimes it leads them to give up altogether...to have a co-op for your downline can only be a plus! If you're able to do this then for sure offer it to them...remember each of us benefit from the Tripleclicks Executive Pool so the more people building a strong downline can only benefit

having a co-op for your down line is good but not as a stand alone. Run competitions and encourage members to join via ths method.

Everyone likes something for nothing and committed affiliates will be greatly motivated by success however small. the down side to selling places should be obvious.

And remember the more successful your down line the more successful you are so build your co-op put in place your advertising and get your team motivated with competitions and gifts.

Having a co-op for downline is surely a good thing but before including any of the person in that, you must ask them regarding it.
If a person wishes to be a part of your co-op then only he/she must be included and also you must set some target based conditions for the entry in your co-op because you must see that what all efforts you put for your downline are precious, each and every minute and each and every penny, so you must see that an active and needy person gets the full benefit of it.

I will say a big "YES".

All the affiliates who are joining SFI are given a support team "UPLINE" and a strong support in the form of Sponsors and Co-sponsors. So, not all but most of them will want some support from the upline team.
This motivates the person to do something. Also in the starting when one is new and has little or no knowledge of SFI must be given a chance to understand it properly and also given share in co-op or some affiliates for their going
