I believe that in order to become an effective SFI Team Leader, the first and primary goal should be for myself as Team leader to learn and work the SFI program as well as I can. By doing this, I will be in a better position to advise, encourage and lead my team when questions arise or when I contact a member of my group. It's also VERY important for me to "practice what I preach", so logging on everyday and being present and available helps display my commitment & dedication to both SFI and my Team.

In my opinion most important is to retain EA status by going through all To Do List & Red tabs plus related links every day. Study the SFI Basics & Launch pad.
Go to movers tab and see all your down line. Who is doing well otherwise send them a follow up or help boost.

The most important daily activity is think and plan in advance to retain your TL status.
It covers all the necessary actions, which are equally important. These all important actions are scheduled in your VP Ledger. The best and most important activity is to get to most of your VP Ledger.
Before that, if you are new, the most important activity for you is go through SFI BASICS and all of the LAUNCHPAD lessons with concentration, to get know-how and expertise of the SFI System.
Well i havent been here as long as most others but i believe the most important thing to do as a TL is setting an example for your downline PSA/CSA lead by example ... communicate /encourage /support when you learn something new let them know , show them that looking outside the box isnt a scary thing , its exciting and a personal growth adventure listen to them and be there for them to build there business , help them be successful and see what happens there success is YOUR success!!
First thing needs to be done is take time out daily and check-in on the Website. Then click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, go down the list and click on everything, so you don't miss anything. Every day you can earn 10 VP for a total of 300 points in a 30-day month. Check your E-Mail daily.
