In my opinion, the most important daily activity is to check my "movers" and see how they are doing. Check their VP, their last log in and reach out to them and see if there is anything you can do to personally help them build their business. Offer advice and acknowledge their achievements. You're "movers" are what will build your business, so give them the support they deserve!!!

I also use a revolving list to contact each of them on an individual and regular basis. This does take time because each letter is different due to their actions. Also it is necessary to respond to any and all questions in a timely manner.
My CSAs, I do a bit differently. I group them into like affiliates and write a letter that will address that entire group. I copy and paste, but each get an email although not as often. This encourages communication and that, I believe, is the very core of this business.

The most important action you should take everyday is to support your Movers.Use the genealogy to filter the Last Login in descending order and you will find those that are active.
As you equip yourself with enough knowledge at SFI as a Team Leader you may be able to help them improve or build up their VP.Check their VP Ledger and highlight areas where they are falling short.
Work with the workers and you will see them soon duplicating your lead.
The most important daily activity is think and plan in advance to retain your TL status.
It covers all the necessary actions, which are equally important. These all important actions are scheduled in your VP Ledger. The best and most important activity is to get most of your VP Ledger.
Before that, if you are new, the most important activity for you is go through SFI BASICS and all of the LAUNCHPAD lessons with concentration, to get know-how and expertise of the SFI System.
For me, visiting my Genealogy Report on a daily basis should be my utmost important daily activity prior to reviewing my own SFI homepage. The Genealogy Report will provide me, at a glance, who among my PSAs and CSAs are visiting their respective SFI homepage on a regular basis.
Based on their respective login dates, I could determine who are serious in their SFI business and those who are not. For those logging in regularly, I would still send them email and letting them know that I appreciate their enthusiasm shown in developing their SFI interest. By doing this follow-up email, they are motivated to exert more efforts knowing that their sponsor or co-sponsor is appreciating their individual efforts towards their team success. It is but human nature to feel elated in this way.
For those non-active team members, I send them “warm reminder” emails telling them the kind of opportunities they have been missing for not logging in regularly or have not logged in since their SFI join date. A few of them would be responding within a few days as shown by their login dates.
From this Genealogy Report, a team leader could think of how he could make his team members active and responsive.

First, gather your daily Versa Points; greet your PSA and Co-Affiates and see if there is anything you can do for them. Secondly, go study some more if you're a beginning Team Leader and take some notes of things to do from that wealth of knowledge gained for the day.

There are tasks which are considered to be routine ones. In my opinion, these won't be as important as advancing in knowledge because knowledge is power. Refer to the term that we use most here at SFI ie Power Rank which arises from the accumulation of Versapoints (VP). This results from the constant motivation that things are gonna work and they can only be achieved through knowledge.
Acquisition of knowledge can be singled out as the most important daily activity that SFI Leaders should engage in. Acquiring it everyday helps one to change the perspective with which to face different challenges that one continues to face here at SFI.
